When a customer comes back in after leaving just to tell you how bad your customer service is for saying "please don't touch the cups, ma'am."
And it's always the 40+ year old women that get pissy about it... Everyone else is perfectly fine with it, especially when they realize that the barrier in front of the cups is meant as a very obvious sign that you're not meant to touch them.
