Quirking an eyebrow up to her friend, thoughts began to race through her mind. Tyrese was actually worried about her. Somewhere deep in her chest a warming feeling began to swell, starting from her toes and maneuvering its way through her body up to her cheeks. It felt nice to finally have a friend worry about her again, even if she was more on the over-confident side of feeling like she didn't need one. The air around the trio was becoming crisp with the moon beginning to rise overhead. The moon peered down to them, shading and casting them in the pale, white light. She lifted her own purple-brown eyes up to Tyrese's face, the smile lifting and making her cheeks brim with thanks - even if he hadn't quite said anything to deserve it. It was the sentiment of his worry that mattered most to her. "Thank you..." She murmured, the palm of his hand resting against her stomach. She never thought she'd see the day that Tyrese actually reached out anywhere around her child. It was clear he was truly worried about her when Lillian tossed her away. Even if he didn't do anything - more that he couldn't than didn't - she knew he meant well. Lillian was something special to him, she didn't expect him to drop the blond for her, especially not when she was only his best friend's wife. Maybe he was more like Jacob than she thought - a protector. If it had been switched around, with her, Finn, and Lillian, she most certainly wouldn't have expected Finn to throw himself out there for no reason. She may not know much about Lillian, but she was started to suspect that Finn didn't either. And if that were the case, and if boys were boys, then he wouldn't know much beyond the fact that Tyrese was happy to have her in his life again.
Out of her peripheral vision, Sela was moving further away from the group, and in the wrong direction at that. Where could she have been going? Without skipping a beat, she only followed the two. Sure, she wanted to get home, but it wasn't just her safety she was worried about. A small sigh escaped her lips. It was strange. Just two weeks ago she had felt as if Tyrese couldn't give two shits about her. And now? It was like she was seeing him more often and actually talking- No, laughing with him. It was such an absolute relief to know that Finn was right. Tyrese didn't hate her, much less dislike her. If anything, she got the feeling that he enjoyed spending time with the brunette. Especially now that he would become a part of her family. To give him something secure that he could always hold on to.

Alice wandered outside and sat down on the sidewalk, pulling out a cigarette as she did so. She had no idea what time it was but bright sunshine trickled in through the tangled branches above, spotting her with patches of warmth. It was still chilly sitting where she was though, and she shivered slightly, starting to wish she had put on a bra before coming out. Sighing, Alice lit her cigarette and took a drag, blowing the smoke into the air. She really needed to quit these. They weren't as bad as other things she'd been addicted to, but even so. She stretched her legs out in front of her, leaning back to look up through the trees. This was a nice district. She rather liked the feel of it. Sitting here on the damp stones, playing with the moss in the cracks made her feel really calm. Or maybe that was the cigarette? Speaking of. Alice flicked off the ash and took a few more drags before snuffing the cancer stick on the ground beside her. She should probably go back inside and get herself presentable, or brush her hair at least but she stayed, enjoying the sound of the breeze rustling the branches.

The young man thought about the question she had asked him about living in Soleil. It was a rather homey place to live. Moving to this place wasn't apart of his original plan, but he also didn't regret moving here. His family would definitely love it at the unique city. "Hmm yea, I enjoy living here. There's a lot to do that's for sure. Whether you want to go an enjoy the day at the beach or relax and read at the library. I probably waste all your time telling you all the different things you could do. I'm still learning myself as well." The red eyed male responded with a light embarrassed chuckle. He had lived in Soleil for around two to three months, and there were still new places that he'd see from time to time.
Upon arriving at the streets of the housing district, Nathan stopped walking before looking over at Chihiro. "Well here's the Doux Housing District. It definitely has it's unique antique look to it. I've never been inside the houses before, so I couldn't tell you about what they look like on the inside." He stated with a light shrug. The young man rotated his shoulders ever so slightly to get rid of the strain that he was slowly feeling over time, before he looked back at the brown eyed girl. "What's your home number if you don't mind me asking? I can point you in the right direction. If need be you can take the umbrella. I don't mind the rain, plus I have my jacket on, so I can just put the hood on to shield myself from the rain as I head home." Nate explained tilting his head to the side waiting for her answer. He had agreed to show her to the direction of her house after all. The brown haired male didn't want her to get lost again, especially since it was raining. This kind of weather did have the potential to cause one to get sick if they stayed in it too long or ended up getting drenched after all.

Nathan nodded a bit as Chihiro gave the number to the house she was living at. His attention went to looking at how the houses were numbered as he recalled it within his mind the few times he had walked through the district. "Hmmmmm, it should be in that direction if my memory serves correctly, which is should." The boy thought to himself, before he blinked a couple of times a bit thrown off about her comment about the umbrella. His eyes were directed back to her browns eyes noticing that she had drawn closer under the umbrella to keep out of the rain some more. The male's gaze lightly trailed up to her hair seeing that it was a bit wet, yet at the same time if you looked closely enough was a bit frizzy as well. This caused a light chuckle to escape his lips, before he looked back at her. "Really? From what I can tell your hair seems to get a bit wild when it gets wet. It barely looks moist, yet if you look closely enough it's slightly frizzy." The young man lightly joked as a light friendly small appeared on him. His hair was a bit moist as well, since an umbrella never fully protected anyone. The normally straight and slightly wavy, light brown hair tended to curl a bit more along with it having a more wild look to it when it got wet in the rain.
"You know it's really not a big deal if you end up taking my umbrella. They're not expensive to buy, plus it's better to stay as dry as possible right? I mean you did move in a bit closer to keep out of the weather a bit more I'm guessing." Nate commented with a ever so slight shrug. The dark haired beauty's last comment caused a bit of confusion on his part. It was a bit hard for him to tell if the young woman wanted to go to her house from here, which was he had assumed. It wasn't often that a new person was invited into a house in a first meeting. The girl standing next to him was definitely an unique and interesting individual. She was obviously a shy person, so she could also have been indirectly implying about him leading her to her house, before they departed. His age old habit of lightly tilting his head to the side come into play as he looked at the girl silently for a couple of seconds, before deciding to ask her what she preferred. "Well I figured that's what you would have wanted, but maybe I'm wrong? Would you rather me escort you to your house before we depart ways? If that's the case, then it's not a big deal Chihiro. I don't mind helping a bit more, and it's not like your withholding me from anything to be honest. I'm just gonna head home once I finished helping you." The red eyed boy explained in a lightly confused, yet curious tone wondering what she had meant by her last sentence.

Chihiro blushed, feeling rather embarrassed when he poignantly pointed out her flaw. Her wild hair was not of his concern and now she felt awkward. She looked away, the slivers of rain catching her eye around the umbrella before falling unto the ground. "Yes...I did." She felt foolish, her socially awkward tendencies were kicking in again. She stepped back, removing their closeness. She didn't know what was supposed to happen next. In the movies this is where the two break apart and never meet again, this is the rainy moment that really meant nothing, she should let it register as such.
"Um... ok, I'll follow you a bit more then." She nodded, her eye's finally coming back to meet his before grabbing her stuff again and moving forward. She would have to conjure such a restoration spell to clean her books of this rain but in the end it was inevitable. It was then that she noticed a female walking inside her apartment complex. "Oh, maybe it's in there." She mused to Nathan, her eye's looking on to the distant complex. She couldn't wait to get out of these wet clothes!

Nathan lightly shook his head with a small smile at the girl's reaction. He wasn't trying to make fun of her in the slightest, and hoped he didn't offend her by pointing out the little flaw in her hair. That wasn't his intention, and it kind of seemed like that when she stepped back removing the close proximity between them, causing her to be in the rain a bit more. Without really thinking about it, the boy had moved the umbrella closer to the dark haired beauty after adjusting the bags to be carried in one hand. The rain started to hit the right side of his face a bit more, although he wasn't really bugged by it. It felt a bit refreshing to him if he were honest with himself. When the brown eyed girl made her decision, his response was a light nod of acknowledgement.
When she moved forward, he moved in step with her keeping the umbrella in the same position as they walked. His eyes traveled up to the sky watching the dark clouds, and seeing the droplets of water fall to the earth. Some hitting his face or eye, yet he merely blinked his eyes a bit to rid himself of the light disturbance. Normal rain was definitely one of his favorite types of weather. It became a sort of relaxing feeling to him, and although that had stemmed from something he had remembered asking his late younger sister. Her response to why she loved the rain was because it felt like her worries were washed away even if just for a moment. A warm smile slowly crept onto his lips thinking about that memory, before he was snapped out of his thoughts. Red eyes were directed back at Chihiro to look at her, before they followed the direction she was looking at. Nate looked to the side at the house they were next too barely being able to make out the number, which was 1418.
Nathan gave a light nod in agreement with the girl as he walked with her up to the complex seeing that her destination was right in front of them. The young man turned and looked at the young woman with a kind light smile. "Well here we are. You're new home. I hope you enjoy the place as well as the city. It definitely has a lot to offer any newcomers that's for sure." He stated, while handing the girl her bags, since they had arrived at her destination, and he wouldn't have walked into her house even if she offered. "It was nice meeting and talking to you Chihiro. Maybe we'll run into one other sometime. Take care of yourself, and if for some reason you do need something take a bus to the Cerise Shopping District, and find a place called Moonbuck's Cafe. I work there, and if I happen to not be there talk to the manager. I'm he'd know how to get a hold of me. It's not exactly easy to move to a new area by yourself, so I figure it helps to have a friendly face to help you if you need it right?" The light brown haired male commented with a bit of a laugh as he turned to start walking away, but stopped for a second. The young man reached around in his pockets before finding a pen, then started writing something on the tag as his back was facing the girl. If one looked his number could be seen clearly on the tag. Nathan put the pen up, and looked at Chihiro before walking back over to the dark haired beauty. He position the umbrella on one of the bags causing it to be held in place to shield her from the rain that was still able to hit her a bit. "And consider that a house warming gift as well as a welcome to Soleil City. I wouldn't try to return it either because it's a gift. I'd just return it regardless anyways. If you need help with anything such as being shown around the city or anything important just message me or give a call ok?" The boy playfully joked as he waved bye, then turned around putting his hands in his pockets beginning to walk more into the rain to head home.
