The next day... Clover had gotten up early, cleaned up and got a small cupfull of water. She poured it on Kichona, "WAKE UP!" she yelled

The water poured onto her face. She remained asleep. The water poured on her again. Her eyes fluttered open. "Hmm?" She sat up. "Why am I soaked?"

"Time to get up and run!" Clover sparked her with some jolts of lightning, "After you do ten laps you can eat!" She kept it up until she was running.

"What took you so long to get done? I thought that might go quicker. Are you hungry?" Clover offered her a plate with blueberries, toast, eggs, and sausage, "You are going to need your strength today." twisted

"Work on your fire some more. I want you to do at least three big ones today." Clover was doing the same thing, making it appear in her hands, then throwing it.

"The more you practice the better you'll be and have an increased magic capacity. Pretty soon you'll be able to do this with ease." Clover made the fire move in a circle really fast, then thrown in the air, to descend and disappear
