Add 'Hentai' under 'H'. Translated: Perverted/Perversion... Eg. Ore wa Hentai janai - Soubi from Loveless. I am not hentai - I am not perverted/a pervert. Should be!

I'm not sure if this is right but:
Lemon: sex. fit for both yaoi, yuri, and ren-ai.
Lime:not really sex, but not really kissing either. More like making out MADLY, carresing bare chest, butt grabbing. I even heard definition like its yaoi but not mutual. The uke, so i've heard, is always kisssed by force, pinned to wall, floor, bed, etc. or is always getting hit on, smirked at, tickled by, licked by, and/or embraced by the seme. This is just what my friends tell me.
Citrus, kinda like lime except the feeling is mutual. So it's the same as fluffiness.
I am pretty sure these aren't entirely correct. But my friends tell me this so don't call me a n00b!! crying

Shounen-ai Term previously appointed for what is now known as BL; series focusing on a sexual relationship with two males containing anything up to graphic sex. Became outdated 20 years ago and is now used for reffering to real life *****. Translates into the "love/sexual love of young boys". Is currently being confused with the manga/anime term shouta/shota but is a real life term not a manga term.

A prounounciation guide for the Japanese words would be nice xD I'm always afraid I'm going to look stupid if my friends know how to say it and I'm pretending that I do.

Not sure if we should add it..But..
Ecchi- Sexy/Lewd or can even be taken to mean sex. In english the term Ecchi means that an anime or manga has vauge sexual content but does not show intercourse.
Harenchi- Also means Shamless or Lewd but hasn't been used generally since the 19th century..;-; haha. It was generally used by women in highschool so...I'm not sure if it would go here..
Then of course there is
Hentai- We all know what this is..sometimes falls under PWP as well...-sigh- Some people take it to mean the same as Ecchi..But it doesn't. heh.

A/U - alternate universe; the characters are taken out of their series and places in a different setting. I.E. Goku (DragonballZ) lives in present day New York. BDSM - bondage/sado-masochism. Canon - a set order of events in a series. Citrus - making out, kissing, groping, oral; pretty much everything short of penetration. Cross-over - when characters from different series meet; I.E. Duo (Gundam Wing) meets Yoh (Shaman King). Usually this happens for the sole purpose of boinking. Fem-slash - western version of yuri; homosexual relationship between females. Fluff - cute interaction between characters. Lime - making out, kissing, hugging; basically fluffy stuff, nothing really graphic. Lemon - sex between two or more individuals, willing or not willing; graphic, can be oral, a**l, etc. Mary-sue - a seemingly perfect character; mary-sues generally are a type of self-insertion into a fanfic, and are very annoying. Non-con - non-consensual sex; Rarely is non-con used to describe rape. OC - original character. OOC - out of character; when a particular character does not behave like himself; I.E. Vegita (DBZ) goes around planting flowers for no apparent reason. PWP - plot? What plot? Sap - fluff taken to the extreme; sweet enough to give you cavities. Seme - dominant partner Shota - sex between an adult and a child or someone not of legal age Slash - western version of yaoi; homosexual relationship between males. Squick - really gross pairing(s) or content. TWT - timeline? What timeline? These stories deal with altered timelines. For example, a story in this genre might take an event that happened in the future and place it in the past, change a character's age, height, opinion of certain things, etc. However, these type of stories might not follow any set order of events at all. Uke - submissive partner Waff - warm and fuzzy feelings.
