Eric chuckled. "Looks like CID will have his hands full with me again. I'm pretty sure he'll let me rent one for a day. This will do hell on my wallet, but it'll be worth it in the long run," he said. An idea suddenly came to his head. "Lerana, how'd you guys get here?" He said. its a long shot, but maybe grandpa CID gave them a ship to get here. I could probably use that, he thought.

"Your parents let us borrow Cid's ship to get here. It's still in the hangar." Lerana answered.

Eric nodded. "Excellent," he looked back to Alex. "There's your ride little man. Looks like your coming along after all," he said happily.

Eric smiled and thanked lerana. He then looked back to Alex. "You go ahead and meet us there. I've got to gather a few things and find some people," he said. He waved goodbye and walked out of the room to find Lawrence, Namine, Kirune, and to find some books at the library. (exit eric)

Inside, Lerana was reading a story to her son as she looked up to see her husband and Cordinia. "Ah. Hello again, Cordinia."Yuki looked up at the visitor and smiled at her, recognizing the girl from before."Hello, honey." Kiru smiled and kissed Lerana before picking up Yuki. "How's my brave little boy? You have a visitor!"

Cordinia beamed when she saw the child. She immediately ran over and knelt by him. " How's my favorite little guy? Did you miss Cordinia?" she said purposefully childishly.

Yuki laughed and began to crawl over towards Cordinia. "Coh..." He said, attempting to say her name, but failing."If you want, you can always come over and watch him." Lerana suggested. "Believe it or not, I still have things to do. Even when we're finally safe, there's so much to do."Kiru nodded and sighed, his ponytailed hair in a mess. He seemed stressed since arriving, but was slowly adjusting to the academy. "So how are things with you and your friends, Cordinia?"

Cordinia froze at the mention of friends. " F-f-friends? My friends... They want to kill each other. And me," she began choking up. Why must I be lonely? What have I done to deserve this? Must the smart ones always suffer so? she thought. Tears were rolling down her face, despite her best effort to hide them.

Lerana frowned and walked over to Cordinia. "Please, tell us what happened. Maybe we can help." Yuki reached to Cordinia's hand and held it, his small fingers on her large hand. Kiru sighed and nodded. "Yes. What happened to Eric and the other boy in class?" He asked and handed her a tissue.

Cordinia sobbed for several more seconds before regaining her composure. She put a hand to her face and wiped away the tears. " Everything was fine since the last time we were together, well, except for Eric ditching your kid to go take vengeance on Lawrence for some reason... Drat! I shouldn't have said that," she said. She looked around for a second and continued. " phew, this is really hard to say. It's definitely unlike him, even for the... Kind of person he is. He left for a while and I was alone again. I should be used to it by now, but I absolutely hate it! It's like nobody knows I exist," she lifted yuki closer to her and hugged him. " Am I destined to be alone? " she wept.

Kiru growled. "Where is Eric at this moment?" He asked, summoning his keyblade. "We can go have a little chat.""Not at all!" Lerana said, hitting her husband on the head with a rolled up magazine. "First, you'll find some friends eventually, Cordinia. It's all about learning to go out and talk to people.Yuki sneezed.
