Okay, what now, miss brilliant? Miya lay in reprose, her vanity inwardly fretting about how she appeared as she thought of all she'd seen and done. Either it was an entire town of crazy or she was and she had no idea of what to do. Focusing inwardly, she tried to remember anything that would help, but failing that would help her maintain some dignity. Then she remembered 'cousin' Chou and the way she would get out of any situation. Pretend it was as natural as possible no matter how impossible the situation.
Her eyes fluttered open, her cheeks flushed as she stared around in confusing, giving the perfect appearance of a fainted female slowly recovering her wits.

Miyako would see the Dragon kneeling there, tending to some things with his back to you. Though, he seemed to hear your waking, and turns his head.
"Oh! Thou hast awoken. Here, thou must be parched; no doubt, exhausted from thy climb from whence thou came."
Taking a plain-looking pitcher and a matching cup, he would pour water from it, before moving closer to you, offering it with a fine, unworked hand - marred only by the presence of a bandage around the upper part of his index finger.
"This water was draught from the springs of the Boar. I believe it hath medicinal properties, and will bolster thy body's resistances."
He sits there, arm extended, cup of spring water in his hand, waiting for you to take it.

Her eyes blinked slowly as if getting used to the light again as she looked around. She looked at the water and put a hand to lips as if even the water made her nauseous. "Pray thee thank you, but no. I fear my stomach rests uneasily."
She sat up slowly, as if tenderheaded.
"Where am I exactly?" Wishing the uneasy feeling in her stomach would go away.

"I see..." the man would say, raising an eyebrow. He would set the cup of spring water on the floor beside Miyako, within arm's reach of the tiny courtier if she felt so inclined.
"Thou, my dear Shosuro-san, art in my quarters at the inn of the Heichi. I wanted to treat thee, being a skilled healer and shugenja of my Clan. Though, I dost desire to know of thy reasons for cometh to this place, on the eve of its destruction." Turning on the mat which he was sitting on to face Miyako directly, the Dragon would rest his hands on his knees.
"But that canst wait til thy stomach settles."

"Thank you Agasha-sama, was it not. I should hope it settles soon I do feel...., Eve of it's destruction!?" She gasped, not at all feigning this time as her hands went to parted lips.
"Now I am even more confused." Trying to piece together the information she was receiving as quickly as possible as she felt some urgency pressing on her. "Is there no hope for them at all? No emissary to offer them a chance?"The girl ghost's words haunted her. There's no time! Their lives are in danger! But what could she do...

Suddenly, his eyebrows would raise as he takes a good look at Miyako. "But if thou did not know that, then why art thou here, Scorpion-san?"

"You're helping the Boar?" now her suspicions were raised further. A single lone samurai was helping a minor clan against the wishes of the Emperor? If he'd been a Scorpion, she could see it or perhaps a few other clans. But a Dragon? She really wished she'd paid more attention to history. She frowned as she continued to think. The Agasha were a Phoenix Clan, but he was posing as a Dragon and an Agasha if it was posing and everyone accepted it as truth. She knew about the switch so either this was really happening or she was having a helluva dream.
"Are there clansmen nearby to help?" The girls words continued to echo in her mind, but she had no idea what to do. "I was sent to see what could be done...but it may be too late."

"There are nary a clansman for miles," he would reply, a bit of concern in his voice. "I think thou misunderstands; I did not travel hither to help the Boar win. I hath come hither to spiritually guide them in the face of extermination, to giveth their final moments meaning. I gladly giveth my life in service to my lord's commands."
With a slight awkward smile, one that seemed anathema to his features, he would add afterwards, "Apparently, thou hast arrived in time to join us in our fates."

There were many things that Miyako could understand, loyalty being strongly among the top but she wasn't about to die without a fight if she could help it. Thankfully, each of her blades was within her sleeves and was within her grasp at a moment's notice should she need it.
"I'm afraid you might be right...I just hope this is not the reason that the Agasha are forced to leave the clan..."It was recently enough she knew the truth, but well...maybe his curiosity would get the best of him.

The man's eyes seemed to narrow for a moment, an awkward silence filling the room for a few seconds.
"If thou art feeling well enough to engage in Scorpion games, then my help is unneeded." Standing up and bowing, he would upright himself before continuing. "I hath other tasks to attend to. I am overseeing the preparation of a feast for these people. Thou art welcome to attend. I would be honored by thine presence."
With that, he would turn to leave - giving you the opportunity to stop him if you so please, but otherwise, he would vacate the room, closing the door behind him quietly.

"I know what I know..." she seemed almost sad at giving the information away. But that was all she countered with and left it at that. For once, she was playing only the slightest of games. Once he was gone, she sighed, and tried to piece together what she knew. And how to get to the little girl ghost who the one man had said was alive.
Still thinking and brewing inside her head, she got up and walked around the room, casually looking for something that would prove her uneasiness right, or would prove it wrong. Just something so she didn't make the same mistake as she'd made with Iwao.

If there was any sign of ill intent on this Dragon's behalf, there was no sign of it in the room. His traveling pack was there, though only the barest essentials were included. There wasn't even any coin.
I can give you a breakdown of stuff likely to be in his traveling pack if you really wanted, but none of it is incriminating.
Being a Dragon, it was not unreasonable that he led an ascetic life and had no real investment in possessions. In addition to this, if he was coming down here to die, as he claims, it wouldn't make much sense to pack enough things for an extended duration.

Frowning, she wished she could shake this sense of ill ease. But given no recourse, she had no choice but to default back to her original choice. To find the young lady she'd seen the ghost of and see if she had some answers. Sighing softly as she looked at the water, she remembered her teachings and turned away, heading out if she was able and set about to find the girl once more, asking directions if she needed to.

Shosuro Miyako, the last location you know of where the little girl might be was at the Heichi castle. I'm assuming you're heading back there.
Several Boar samurai comment to each other about you as they pass you in the streets, but nothing quite so... humiliating, as before. Instead, you look like just another new face.
At the castle gate, three Large, armed, armored bushi stand watch. One of them calls out to you if you approach:
"Halt! What reasons doth thou have hither in our castle?" he would ask.
