Well I think that leaves only one creature, in MM1 anyway.

Are you a Mohgr? Such a funny name.
If not, are you in 3.5's Monster Manual III?

Which I don't have on me. So someone else would have to figure it out. xD

If he's not in MM3, he's in MM2, and with HD over 10 and a CR below 10, it means he's probably CR7 - 9.
