He frowned it seemed unhealthy and he wondered if she didn't have an electra complex. He sat frowning for a while longer "I appreciate the talk and seeing as I'm of no use here I think I'll go, if she asks tell her I'll be in our cave in case Oliver returns" someone had to be there when he got back, might as well be him, he clearly wasn't going to be of any use to anyone here... hell everyone was heading away from him.. why was he doing this again? Maybe when the kids were bone he'd have at least one of them who liked to be with him or to be comforted by him. He turned back to their cave wondering if things would ever change, if their happiness could be more than just small blips in their lives, if she would ever be able to handle stress without a break down. He stress was beginning to wear him down.

Cassandra sighed and watched him go, turning around she walked back to the cave and sat down, deciding to wait till later to talk to her about Gersif.

Blah blah blah stuff happens that is not really that important...well, it is but not really crucial to Odessa and Gersif.

Odessa wandered back to her cave about an half an hour later, she smiled at Gersif as she walked over and laid down on her bed, if anything she just wanted to sleep but knew she couldn't so she laid there, waiting till Oliver and the others came back.
Electra came back in soon after and smiled at the others "Oliver, Thane and Sayako will be back soon" she said as she walked over to Odessa and laid down next to her "so, how are you?" She asked, nuzzling her sister.
"I'm fine i guess, daddy can speak pearls of wisdom some times" she said as she nuzzled her sister before looking at Gersif "are you alright?" She asked curiously.

Gersif had busied himself making a dinner for the family but not knowing how many were going to return he prepared enough for Oliver, Odessa, Sayako, Thane, Electra, Cassandra, and Apollo, just in case. After that he didn't know what to do so he took the time to cast his runes. When Odessa finally returned he didn't say anything not sure if she would turn on him or not instead he put his runes away so he wouldn't bother her and went to retrieve her meal. He hated himself for it. He felt like a battered spouse doing everything possible to avoid upsetting their mate and never sure when they will be set off. He just kept telling himself it was the pregnancy hormones and once the kids came everything would be alright. When Electra entered he grabbed a meal for her too. He hadn't spoken a word but when she finally got around to addressing him he lied. "Just tired I suppose" this was why he had shut down his emotions and kept to himself all these years he sighed and laid down on the floor of the cave a bit farther away from the others than was really necessary.

"Thank you" Electra said as she started to eat carefully, eating on a bed wasn't proper fashion or best but meh, as long as nothing got dropped on it it would be alright right?
"Yes, thank you" Odessa said as she started to eat carefully herself "and welcome to the club, I just want this night to be over with" she said with a sigh "daddy and mom will be here soon, they wish to see Oliver and tell Electra something"she said, knowing they both didnt need to come for that but meh, whatever.
"What do they want to tell me?" Electra asked curiously.
"No idea, just said they wanted to talk to you" she said sighed and looked out of her cave and over at the lake, right now a swim would be awesome but she had to wait for dinner to settle first.

Gersif nodded in acknowledgement glad he had the foresight to make enough for everyone but not exactly looking forward to being around more people to be disregarded by. Oh well it was his bed he might as well lie in it. He agreed to this after all no point in moping about it not that he really knew what he should do about it.

Odessa ate her dinner in silence, finishing it soon after and got up "thank you once again" she said as she walked over and licked Gersif's cheek before leaving the cave, deciding to go for a swim...sort of, she just wanted to sit in the water for a little bit and tread water then have a proper swim in about half an hour.
Electra watched her sister go and looked at Gersif "you do realise she likes you don't you?" She said as she turned her head to look at him "and I mean LIKE like you, it is rather obvious if I do say so myself" she said as she finished her meal and stretched out on her sisters bed "but then again one could argue that I know nothing of the sort since I am too young but then I AM the only one around here who knows Odessa greatly besides our parents and even then I know more about her then our parents do" she said as she curled up into a ball and softly yawned "she will tell you one day, not sure when but she will tell you" she said as she looked out to the lake.

Gersif smiled at the lick appreciative of the gesture and sighing when she'd gone. A sad look crept across his face as Electra spoke "Is it obvious to her though?" He stood up and stretched before shaking his head, it wasn't any use to mope or wish or whine he had his lot and he had to deal with it. "It doesn't matter, I've given my word I'll stick to it" 'I'll not leave our children without a father' he added to himself, he'd not let his children go through everything he did.

"Great resolve you have there, I am pleased you are sticking around but still, it IS obvious, you know all those slight cuddles, licks, nuzzles etc she has given you? They are not just out of appreciation, if that is all it was she would just say thank you and be on her way, this is much more then that but she just doesn't wish to tell you yet for some reason, a girl doesn't do that unless there is more to it, maybe the ODD thank you nuzzle or lick, sure, BUT considering the amount SHE has done it, no, this is more then just appreciation" she said as she licked her paw, noticing a bit of food had fallen into her fur.

"Thanks" It helped ease his mind a little but he was going stir crazy, he had moved all his life fought for everything he had and now he was cave sitting, he was going to go crazy. The others were coming so he couldn't leave instead he look around the cave trying to find something to do but the place was spotless, he had been stuck not knowing what to do enough times that there wasn't anything left to do, he had even read through many of her books when she wasn't around to get upset about invasion of privacy or whatever. "Don't suppose there are any ghosts we can chat to I'm going to go crazy if I don't have something to do while I wait for everyone to get here"

"No, can't say there is" she said looking straight past Gersif and at a ghost now, a ghost that had been hanging around for months wanting her to send him but she couldn't because his unfinished business was basically taking over the world of Kitsu and she wasn't even going to go there so now she was just hounded by him wanting her to finish off what he started and she was not about to do that so he was stuck here forever, oh well, he should of been so stupidly ambitious when he was alive.

"Pity I think the gods are getting tired of all my casting" he sighed watching the trees outside the cave "I know I am" he looked side long at El "know any good games we can play?" He'd take anything right now, something to concentrate on and keep his mind off of his troubles.

Electra shook her head "nope but we could always try and take over the kitsu world she joked "apparently thats meant to be rather fun" she said looking at the ghost who just made a rather large tree branch break off a tree and fall down in front of the cave door in anger, hating the fact that his atempts at world domination was now just some joke. "Well, are we not the temperamental one?" She said smirking at the ghost "come on, Zoltan, I was only joking" she said as as the ghost took off through the cave wall and made Electra sigh "I swear, some ghosts are really fickle things" she said as she looked at the branch to see if she can move it or at least her and others.

Gersif quirked an eyebrow "a world domineering ghost hu?" He inspected the felled branch before grasping it in his mouth and dragging it out of the way "well that's interesting at least.. he still trying to take over then?"

"Thank you and no, he isn't, his unfinished business that is tying him to this world is basically me finishing his world domination attempt for him, he never actually got to finish it before he was silenced by the Kitsu Gods waaaay back when so he is now stuck here till someone decides to finish that attempt for him and I am not about to and whilst someone else could without his knowledge or he goes and seeks out another Kitsu who can talk to ghosts he won't just because he has taken a liking to me by annoying me at least once every day to ask if I can finish it for him, we have gotten past that and speak of other things. I know about his family and what not but still, he is adamant to have this done soi he can finally rest but not so much that he won't go seek out someone else so in a way I am glad, I think I might actually miss having him around, its been so long since he had started annoying me that I have forgotten what it is like without him bothering me every day" she said, smiling softly to herself, as much as she would love to send him over to the other side she was glad she couldn't either, he had become a friend to her.

"He should call on Loki for help... or for more down to earth help he could visit that Meth fellow tachik keeps around or dark prince.. dp's been plotting to take over the world for a while now" Gersif looked around for more things to do but there was nothing left, he sighed looking towards the lake and her parents cave to see if anyone was returning yet
