Tyrael, or Ty as he's called by his fellow Psionic brethren, has been on the wrong side of the law multiple times in his life. He's been arrested and put into juvy several times for reasons such as brawling in public, underage intoxication, and a few cases of unprovoked (from the jury's perspective) assault. However, he has been involved in a few other crimes that they can't plant on him because the only evidence that remained was ashes, and each of the fires had started naturally, from accidental sources. In that list of crimes is arson, manslaughter, and only once intentional murder, all of these crimes having been caused by fire. The entire reason they can't trace back the crimes to him? Well, unlike most of the teenage delinquents in the city, Tyrael is gifted. And not in a positive way either. He was born a psionic. However, Ty's psionic abilities are limited to a very specific field. Fire. He can start fires, control fires, even shape them into things fire was never meant to be. After being released from juvy on his 17th birthday, he was approached by a strange man by the name of Richard Knox. He had powers that Tyrael could only dream of. (Telekentics 5) He recruited Ty into his own vigilante army, called the Psionic Sons. Ty is a lieutenant amongst many of the people in the organization and carries that status because of his mean disposition and his success in bringing down a few of their enemies without a followable trace. (Again, Fire from a psionic source, is nearly impossible to trace. Lately though, he's been pulled out of many of the active missions having been ordered by Knox to meet a scientist with knowledge over psionics. From here? Who knows what's gonna throw down.

Though the downside to this is everyone with a soul innately dislikes the ones without. Good luck trying to play with that especially since warp effects do not exist.
