You got it.

User ImageYuri hated using weapons, even if they did resemble nothing more dangerous than a foam bat. Without even bothering to be arsed to grab anything, he'd calmly, coolly, and collectedly, walk with ease up to the stage, step up onto it with those powerful legs, and assume an easy stance with left foot slightly forward, his body turned gently so at to line his right shoulder was in line with his right foot, and arms raised with left lower and more loosely flexed than the right. In his eyes that had once blazed with a feverish fury now there was only a steely ice behind those blood-red hues. Yuri was silent as he awaited Renton's first move. Yes, he'd been the one to challenge, but why should that mean he couldn't use his own naturally defensive fighting style?

『ʀᴇɴᴛᴏɴ』

At the waiting silence of the awaiting battle, Renton was surprised that Yuri didn't pick up a weapon. He must be strong as well. There was one way to find out. The boy's eyes came to a close. He positioned into a standard samurai stance, which resembled ''Zantetsuken'', a recurring move in the Kingdom Heart's series. Once his eyes saw his idol opponent, he attempted a dashing pursuit towards his opponent and began shifting from side to side in a blurry fashion until he executed the fast, incoming strike that would proceed into a series of agile and balanced swings.

User ImageTo Yuri, his capabilities using the Resshuuken style could either have nothing to do with strength, or EVERYTHING to do with strength. What really mattered was that in order to have even begun learning it, the biggest rule was that one have mastered every other technique from every other fighting style. As Renton moved himself at what was admittedly an incredible speed, it was not quite fast enough to elude his perception. After all, he had watched not just Renton's fight with Setzer but the one against beat and half of the one before that and spent that half hour of observation afterwards doing nothing but strategizing. As the first attack came in, Yuri could see that more would come if he let them. waiting until just the absolute last possible instant, Yuri would move smoothly at a speed that bordered on supernaturally uncanny. Lifting the hand closest to that first swing, his leather-gloved hand would brush the attack aside like broccoli he didn't order. Since that first swing had to be powerful enough to allow for an opening for the rest, Yuri's leg, as it lifted with an equally blitzing speed and power, would come out to meet the momentum that Renton now was following after Yuri's slight backhand. One single roundhouse-like blow aimed for Renton's temple was coming in at breakneck speed. A solid hit from that would have been enough to knock the boy off the stage and headfirst into the nearest wall behind him. And through it all, his front foot would have remained planted as firmly as if it had grown roots on the spot while his back one returned to its previous position. In real time, such an attack, to an outside watcher, might have resembled Yuri standing still as Renton's attack went unfinished and Renton went flying in the opposite direction....of course, assuming Renton managed to get the hell out of the way of that blow.

Runa was a part of the crowd, she had been watching the fights since the beginning and for some reason decided to stick around rather than do what she normally would and just leave. She found this boy Renton interesting in the way he fought. She watched silently as another man came up to face Renton. Runa raised an eyebrow quizzically when the man chose not to use a weapon. The girl suddenly became more interested and crossed her arms as she watched. The match began and the first blow was attempted at an incredible speed, one she had seen many times in her experience but still remarkable. The man though didn't seem so impressed and moved out of the way with a counter strike. It was easy to tell that whoever this guy was he was much faster than what Renton had shown so far.

Most people would not have been able to follow the movements but Runa could. After all, she was raised with her 2 brothers. She didn't blink as she waited for the rest of the fight to happen.

『ʀᴇɴᴛᴏɴ』

At the hestitating moment, Renton recklessly countered the incoming kick with his struggle bat. The force of the kick sent his bat flying following himself. This was apart of his plan. He used the Zantetsuken Counter as a secret technique to counter Yuri's impacting kick. The move takes the effect of the enemy's attack and use it as a boost in the user's attack. Renton was flying back until the time was right. He used the air as some kind of trampoline, which saved him. He then used this as a chance to catch his struggle bat while it was still flipping in midair. The boy skyrocketed into a midair and caught his bat in the nick of time. Using the air as a platform, he skyrocketed towards Yuri. He slinged his bat straight forward into a strike raid. It caught on fire from tearing the friction, of course with Yuri's and Renton's added power.

User ImageNo time to speak, barely enough time to think. This was exactly why Yuri loved a good fight. Although he had admittedly half-expected his first kick to end the fight, he was old enough and experienced enough to know better. Besides, as half-assed as that block was, he could feel the potential behind it. Renton was not all he appeared to be. As Renton performed his Zantetsuken Counter, Yuri immediately recognized by the obvious backswing the incoming Strike Raid; a personal favorite of Yuri's based solely on its sheer simplicity. The downside of being so intimately familiar with that technique was as follows: Yuri, without even having to consciously think about what he was doing, reached out and grabbed the Struggle bat, feeling the sharp sting of contact coupled with the burning of its speed-induced heat. What Yuri didn't feel was the pain that should have otherwise accompanied those sensations. As his hand grabbed the bat, his mind saw two choices; either use the bat against Renton or stay with what he was best at. That was the $64,000 question and it was solved instantaneously. As Yuri's left hand grabbed the bat, his body began a rotation that would bring his right fist straight out in a devastating right hook aimed directly for Renton's left jaw. At the speed Yuri was moving now, a modest 20% of his maximum potential, he would have time to add more. In that same fluid motion, his right foot would follow closely behind his fist for a roundhouse kick capable of felling a healthy, fully grown tree. The benefit of this tactic was its adjustability. It was easy to break off if it wasn't going to work. Sadly, the downside was that if both punch and kick missed (a feat that to date had not been accomplished) then for a split-second, Yuri's back would wind up exposed to his oncoming foe....luckily, Yuri had relieved said foe of his weapon.

The incoming fist was coming in for a direct hit to his jaw. Renton had no choice, but to counter his incoming fist. Though, the roundhouse set him off course, but luckily regained his balance. At the brink of clashing, Renton shifted in a blurry motion and executed a very quick attack. He did as he needed and leaped back. The boy began circling in a rapid succession to were he resembled a top. ''Storm Leg :: Victorious Bird!'' It consisted of highly compressed air posing as a projectile that resembles hawk. He learned this technique from Yen Sid during his mastery preliminaries. As he spun as a top, he swung his leg at a quick rate. The projectile that raged towards it's target.

User ImageAs Yuri's spin carried him around, he felt his attacks hit with again minimal result. This boy was indeed good. As his turn carried his backside into the position of a perfect target for that move, however, Yuri did the one thing he could. As his leg came around, the one that had been previously on the ground came up...and for a moment Yuri would be suspended in midair as his heel struck the first of those compressed air projectiles. See, although Yuri couldn't actually see what was coming, the fact that Renton had felt the need to shout his technique was all the warning he'd needed. The first projectile was successfully negated by the heel connecting with it, and Yuri himself managed to give himself enough altitude to let his leg's back-kick bring him all the way around for a front flip. In the span of that flip, Yuri's Resshuuken style was momentarily thrown out the window. Aiming a finger at Renton's spinning yet otherwise stationary form, he countered with a projectile of his own. The massive fireball that erupted violently and silently from Yuri's finger was at least as large and powerful as any Firaga, although it was in actuality a most basic Fire. Aimed between the oncoming blasts of kicked air, the blast would engulf the ones still coming while using that air as fuel to make itself even more potent. Unfortunately for Yuri, a couple of the strikes managed to clip him in the shin and the hip. Although it meant a faster completion of his flip, it also meant he lacked the time to properly stick his landing. In short, Yuri would land not facing Renton, which he'd planned to do by executing a last-second aerial turn. Instead, Yuri would come down quite hard on his ankle, still halfway through the aforementioned aerial turn. the impact twisted it badly, but you wouldn't know it to look at him. He was obviously favoring that foot, but a minor issue like that wouldn't stop Yuri from getting his fill.

The boy stopped spinning, advancing to the condition of dizziness. Everything was all over the place, the motion blur around covering his sense of sanity. This was the perfect time to use the Art Of Paper Drawing. It consisted of evading the potent balls of flames that targeted him. The boy had to ''lose'' his sense of thinking in order of doing this. He made a comical expression of confusion, not thinking at at all. Renton escaped this condition of dizziness, and looked forward to Yuri. The boy lifted both of his fingers in a ''gun'' gesture. ''A gun alone cannot pierce a being . . .'' The boy smiled. '. . . 'Finger Gun :: Plectrum ! ! !'' Renton launches sharp compressed air bullets from the each finger tip three times in three rows

User ImageYuri was still holding onto the Struggle bat that he'd snatched right out of Renton's Strike Raid. Now most at this point might have used it to deflect the incoming attacks but not Yuri. This next trick was for only one purpose: the total decimation of Renton's morale. As the bullets came in fast, Yuri's soft grin was aimed at renton like a laser-guided missile.....sorta like the Struggle bat. Put another way, as the shots of compressed air came at Yuri, he could see them and could have dodged them all with ease, twisted ankle or no. Instead, he chose to return Renton's weapon to him by the same means he himself had acquired it. Completely neglecting the backswing that would have given himself away, Yuri's own Strike Raid came from the waist. If Renton's had caused the bat to catch fire, Yuri's turned it into a veritable grenade. The spin was so fast, that it ceased to resemble a blue-and-yellow bat and instead looked like a spinning green disk. It totally missed each and every one of those shots (on purpose of course) and all of them struck Yuri's chest, abdomen, and shoulders all without Yuri so much as blinking as the welts began to form from the force of their impact. He was by no means immune to pain...he had simply spent a long time perfecting his art and that had included mastering the ability to shut out pain without losing the other sensations that caused it. But I digress. As Yuri's Strike Raid flew at Renton, one might liken it to a literal speeding bullet. A direct hit from that to Renton's solar plexus (because that WAS where it was aimed) would have not only struck Renton a total of seven times just from the sheer speed of the spinning, but each strike would have had the equivalent impact of just as many fist-sized grenades going off as they struck like Major League fastballs. One way or another, that Struggle bat would be naught but melted, scorched pulp after Yuri'd thrown it.

『ʀᴇɴᴛᴏɴ』

The boy acted as the literally speeding strike raid that targeted him. Renton stood there, his current position idol. He began breathing, inhaling and exhaling. A glow of grayish light illuminated his appearence. The struggle collided with him, creating large explosion upon impact. During the likeliness that he didn't survive, the smoke cleared. He was unharmed, aside from his clothing. ''Iron Mass. 5th Power.'' This technique hardens the users' muscles to the level of iron, in order to nullify damage taken from attacks. However, it can be broken by strong enough forces. Renton bended down on his knees, one fist to the ground, one hand resting on his foreholder. His skin was red, steam radiating on his skin. ''Now. I'll show you..the 6th Power!'' The boy was crouching, one fist retracted back, one straight hand forward in front of him. A competitive smile crossed his expression. The 6th Power is very powerful technique that serves as the strongest of the 8 Powers Martial Arts Style. He waited for his opponent to come forth, staying idol.

After this post, going to bed for the night.

User ImageNOW Yuri was impressed. This kid truly was an entirely different combatant that he'd seen earlier and seeing as how it was obvious this boy had finally decided to show his real strength, Yuri felt obligated to do the same....despite the fact that he hated doing what he was about to do, he could not deprive this most worthy adversary of a chance to see what TRUE power was. That calm, cool, and collected grin was still holding fast as Yuri extended his right hand out to the side. In a quick swirl of white light would appear a keyblade...Yuri's keyblade to be precise. Called Neo Kingdom Key, although Yuri himself didn't know this, its simplistic appearance brought with it an increase in Yuri's strength, speed, the potency of his magic, and his endurance. The only thing Yuri said as it appeared in his grasp, the second thing thus far he'd ever spoken to Renton in that smoother-than-butter gentle Irish accent that always touched the edges of his voice was, "Take a good look, Renton...because I can't promise you'll ever get to see this again." Now, Yuri didn't really mean to kill the kid. In reality, he'd meant that he used his keyblade so rarely that this might really be a once in a lifetime experience. In an instant, Yuri was gone and standing behind Renton, Neo Kingdom Key already being swung down toward the base of Renton's neck. Apparently the various small injuries he'd already taken made no difference in his current state. Considering that he was only just vaguely familiar with The Eight Powers, he felt confident that a direct hit in this case would NOT be fatal. That swing, faster and stronger than anything thus far delivered, had enough strength behind it in that one arm to smash through a building. Speed not at all compensated, it was every bit as swift in its slash as it was strong. Yuri, never one to hold back once he'd started using his keyblade, would proceed to repeat the insanely fast movement that had gotten him behind Renton no less than a dozen times, each time bringing with it yet another slash from the Neo Kingdom Key (of course, assuming the first either hit or was parried/blocked) to a different location on Renton's body. In total, should this barrage of blows wind up fully completed, Yuri would have swung next for right elbow, left hip, lower front abdomen, back of the head, right kneecap, left elbow, right temple, behind-left-knee, top of the head, lower back, solar plexus, and then Renton's right shoulder before finally a powerful uppercut to the chin to send Renton off like a rocket. As quickly as Yuri could move himself with his keyblade, all 12 hits could be potentially gotten in under 2 seconds.User Image

((Allow me to say again that these subsequent attempts would ONLY occur if the one before was either a hit or was blocked/parried...and Yuri would NOT be standing in the same place each time.))

The boy was idol in his stance as he waited for his opponent. Yuri has seemed to be abnormally fast, but .. he was a second short. Renton was up-side-down in midair, the blade of his key countered with Yuri's. The boy used Soru, the 4th Power. He kicked the air 7 times in the blink of an eye, which would mean manipulated this in under one second, completely overshadowing Yuri's agility and unbelievable speed by prediction. The 6th Power had eight gates. Renton manipulated the first gate, in which he used to increase 20% of his nerves, thus making him react a lot quicker than he normally does. At midst of idol clashing, Renton boomed from the side of him at speeds that cannot be seen. The boy delivered a chain of punches that retract back and forward in a blurry dispersion..

Alright, I have to protest. First and foremost, how is it that Renton can go from totally in the 6th to suddenly using the 4th to block, then is right back to 6th? On that note, why even need the 4th if the 6th was the strongest? Also, it seems odd that the 6th Power alone looks suspiciously like the Eight Gates Release from Naruto (I mean you even gave it "eight gates" and didn't even bother to try an original name).

All of that aside, each and every one of the skills used in the entire fight was conveniently left out of the bio...meaning they're things he can't do. Trust me, I'm looking at it as I type this, and unless I missed something, that's a bit of a no-no.

On one last note, you couldn't even be bothered to take so much as a scratch, let alone a real injury. Yeah, Yuri was able to ignore his but at least some damage was taken. The entire fight, there's been some secret ace up the sleeve to save you from everything....I mean for Christ's sake, he's 14 and by his own bio's admission still learning a lot and he's somehow able to constantly be one-upping a guy almost two decades older and more experienced with the greatest of ease? Come on, you gave him more of a challenge against the NPC Strugglers. Something doesn't fit right.

Dude, I've been keeping my mouth shut about it the whole time, hoping maybe I wouldn't have to call you on it, but seriously it's gotten on my last nerves. You're godmodding HARDCORE, bro.

Well for starters, I was currently thinking about giving Renton some special powers and made some of my own. My idea of the Eight Powers Martial Arts Style was indeed inspired by the Eight Gates Release, so I gave away a reference to it. Just to inform, the Eight Gates deals with keeping the body from expiring and using chakra to energize the body to a abnormal rate. The Eight Powers deals with just providing strange oddities to one's body physiology. I'm sorry for going overboard with the bunch of outliered techniques. Alright, let's just forget what happened and start out fresh WITHOUT all the crazy and mindbreaking powers. I'll just let Renton have his current normal powers and abilities.
