Lady Kira X I think we could turn the burn blogs into the more "mature" place.. & hopefully keep out trouble makers..
As it is, there isn't much activity besides lurkers and occasional posters.
So if people are looking for a better place to just speak their minds without much of a reply or anything.. they can go there. This way they won't get angry or shot down.
Might have to change the format & idea a little bit.. but it's still the same all in all..
Though the heaven idea is okay & could work.. I definitely wouldn't call it such.. that's just looking for trouble & is a troll magnet. What really concerns me about a "Heaven"-type subforum is that it sounds like it would kind of be founded upon the same rules, principles, & ideas that this guild was founded on. How can we actually expect anyone to take our claims of Burn being "accepting of everyone" & "having a friendly enviornment" & being "drama-free" seriously if there's an individual subforum dedicated to no drama, trolls, etc. ? All the same things that subforum would aim to be about & enforce I am to make this entire guild about & enforce. I mean, I know that subforum is a popular idea, & I'm definitely willing to consider it if it can be reworked a little; but changes would certainly have to be made to the current concept.

Once again, Heaven -has- no unifying topic, at all, whatsoever. It's sole reason for existing it to give a home to people that haven't gotten any bans (or is it warnings?) in the last... I heard it was year. There is no other reason for it to exist. Based on the fact that we have no ability to measure that, there is no reason for us to make a sub-forum on that premise- We can't. Without that one factor, there is no Heaven. Honestly, I made a motion for the holiday sub-forum, but since (right now, anyway) the polls indicate that as many people want us to leave it alone than as want you to make any particular change, I'd rather change my vote to also mention that we just leave it alone.

i would love to seea holiday / special events sub forum so people can post for different holidays and maybe have event for them. maybe teach us about holidays we dont know about cuz our country or religion dont observe it. i think it would be cool

I would like an advice forum...but some people get pretty darn touchy about advice, especially if it isn't strung about with nose-browning phrases. Therefore, I voted for a fashion/style forum. People are usually pretty concerned about their avatars on the Gaia, so I figure that must extend to real life in some form.

Everyone in this guild has off days, heck I know I do. And yet, some issues about their "bad days" have reason to be told.
So, I am in agreement with the "Bitching" subforum because it will be a good place to put those issues that nobody wants to hear, but do anyways. Besides, who knows, maybe some of us can lend some advice or at best an ear.
The subforum will be great on self-esteem, thus making the guild a better place.
For a title suggestion, how about "BURN those bad thoughts"?

I wouldn't have any idea what to put as a new thread. I did vote in the poll anyway. As I'm not too big of a participant in the guild, then ........mur. I don't know.
Honestly, I thought this guild had died. but glad it didn't. i'll try to come in here a bit more often.

The vast majority of the options in the poll were suggested by members at some point in time or another &/or or just seemed like kind of obvious ideas. The "b***h About Your Life" subforum is actually the only suggestion in that poll with which I thought of the idea quite recently, originally largely as a joke actually, but then grew to really like the more I thought about it. "Burn Those Bad Thoughts" is definitely catchy & really creative, I gotta give you some props for that. However, if I go through with creating that subforum, I think I'd actually just literally name it "The b***h About Your Life Subforum". I find that name to be kind of amusing in an odd, tongue-in-cheek sort of way,
