 Maggot stared at the strange group in the middle of the Tavern. They had been arguing/conversing (He couldn't tell which;it seemed like both.) for what seemed like a millennia about the old cemetery down in the slums. Ah,yes; he knew the cemetery well. It was filled to the brim with quarries. Not exactly a tourist spot.
"What an odd group..."
He murmured as he watched them silently.

Xenia raised an eyebrow as she watched Rai walk in the direction of a boy in the corner....Wait,boy?When did he get there? She frowned slightly. Maybe I'm getting rusty?
"Hey,Faolan! Has that guy always been over there?"
She scowled as she shoved her hands in the pockets of her dirty cargo pants.

Maggot slumped down into his chair as the one they called "Rai" walked towards him. He crossed his arms as he glared at the oncoming girl; he didn't like talking to strangers.
"What do you want?" He hissed.

"You know how much attention I pay to things that don't interest me." He punched a random pirate out and took his drink. "But he looks weird so I don't care." He drank the drink... but spit it out and smashed it on the head of the recovering pirate.

Xenia nudged the fallen pirate with the toe of her boot.
"These pirates must be pretty expendable. That captain wasn't very angry about what you did to his crew."
She flopped back onto a stool and stretched her legs out infront of her as she watched the unconscious pirate intently.

Xenia blinked a few times and stared at him.
"Don't you think you overdid it? You could have just thrown em into the sea you know."
She rolled her eyes and tapped her fingers on the counter.

Maggot brushed his dark black hair out of his remaining eye as he glared at the girl. He hated being flattered; it was a bit unbefitting of a person like himself.
"Why would I do that?" He snarled as he stood up.

"Well... now that they are mush. A toothless dog can eat for a few days. I think I did someone some good."
He huffed a breath. Then watched her tap her fingers.
Faolan looked over at Rai and the other guy. ((Rhyme not intended)) Then looked back at Xenia, "I'm sure we can find someone better than him to show us to the slums. He looks untrustworthy. Then again I do too. But you actually know me."

Xenia looked in Rai's direction. And than blinked twice.
"What do ya mean? He looks pretty trustworthy!"
She grinned like an idiot and sat straight up. It was common knowledge that she would trust anyone who looked deranged.
