Giving a heavy sigh, Ama floped back into the sand. "That's why I don't want kids. I don't want to get emotionally attached to the guy only to have him leave." Turning her head to look at Thom, she gave him a small smile. "You're different though, you're not a boy, which is why I trust you..." She just wouldn't date him; dating was something that happened to people that weren't hurt.

Thom shakes his head and chuckles "Yeah I'm not a young man anymore, but dont sellyourself short too fast on the children thing, one day you may actually want some." He looks out over the lake towards the lights dancing on a distant area of the still waters.

"Not a young man, but certainly not too much of an old man." Looking him up and down, Ama smirked. "I bet you can have ALL the ladies after you if you wash your hair... I don't think the ladies would like the dusty hair." Proping herself up on an arm, she reached up and dusted out some of the rubble again. "You do have some nice features though..."

Grabbing him, she pulled him down when he pushed her. "Oh, I need to get dirty, huh? I think you're forgetting who's going to be making all the comfort in that house!" Getting up, she leaned over and ruffled his hair with both hands.

"Comfort isnt work" he says with a laugh getting ahold of the hands that were mussing his already mussy hair and rolling to pin her "Down and dirty is work" he got up and pulled her up aiming to take her over his shoulder in something of a firemans carry

"Gah! Let me down!" Ama felt her a** hang up in the air, her tail wiggling a little, as she was tossed over hi shoulder. "You better put me down or I'll... I'll..." A mischievous grin came on her face. "I'll do this!" Quickly, she smacked his butt.

"Ack!" he laughs as he listens to her and feels the smack on his butt "You want down huh? Really? Honestly? Okayyyy" he makes his way over to the water, till nearly his waist before he hoists her back over his shoulder dropping her butt first into the water with a laugh and a grin

Arms and legs splashing and flailing, Ama hit the water, then surface a second later completely soaked. "Oh... Oh you've done it NOW Thom!" Jumping over at him, she attempted to dunk him all the way under the surface.

"Oh have I?" he laughs ALMOST letting her dunk him only to back ou at hte VERY last second lifting 2 feet in the air and dropping in a cannonball directly beside her

Spitting water from her mouth, Ama grinned and laughed. "You're so in trouble! Look at my antlers! My leaves are getting all droopy!" Cupping her hands, she splashed at him at the face, then moved towards him.

"Antlers Schmantlers! They need a pruning anyways" he laughs as the water hits him "WOOT! a Shower" he laughs splashing her back. He was backing up with ever step she took forward towards him.

"Pruning?! Don't you dare cut my antlers!" She held an arm up to block his splashing. "Gah! Not more water!" Grinning, she went and jumped at him again. "You're mine!"

"Nono just pluck the leaves!" he laughs trying to get out of her reach, not entirely succeeding but getting close as he keeps splashing.

Ama grinned as her hands grasped around his wrist and she attempted to pulled him to her. "Haha, got you, suckah!" She smiled brightly, then stuck her tongue out. "I never knew you could actually be fun, Thom! It's a miracle!"
