That's an amazing idea, making your own privacy glass. O o O Beautiful light too. It's going great, I think it'll look like one of those dream rooms straight out of a magazine. I feel inspired... My condo could use a makeover... like, really bad. I might just have to take a few notes from your book! smile

your glue-window makes me think of how at our beach house we have a 'privacy glass' window that we did with soap. xD And since for some reason all we could find was green 'zest' soap, it has a greenish tinge to it.
Also, i'm redoing my room as well. (i'll probably post pictures when i'm done...) What is it with lolita and liking yellow walls and white furnature? xD I'm going to do my room yellow, with cream furnature. Have you thought about putting molding around the top of the room?

prone to delirium Alpha Drug My first suggestion is cute drapes and cute poles for the drapes to hang from. o.O Those drapes are SO old and reeeeeaaaly ugly. T.T Whats the floor like? I cant tell but is it carpet? Wood floors would be better, but get a really cute rug for it. Are you going for more gothic, classic, or sweet lolita look?  . . . Yeah the drapes HAVE to go.. I think im going to go more for a cute sweet look, which is strange because every room ive ever had has been in the red/black/gothic area.. The floor is carpet, and I hate it.. But I dont know what condition the wood floor under it is. If its too bad, then I will indeed stick to a cute rug.. The carpet is kind of grayish blue.. Here is a picture of the fabric i got for the new drapes, I started painting the walls a pale yellow last night, and im going to trim in the white with blue accents.. http://i960.photobucket.com/albums/ae81/lirium/Makeover/makeover007.jpg ah, i love that print! i used to have it;its called Central Park Quilt... im pretty sure*

Haha everything is looking great. my room is all ready kinda lolita with the types of lamps. the night stand u had a picture of is awesome. I'm buying one kindof like that. I think its funny my room is becoming more lolita every time. but its not purposely.

I've been thinking of doing some decorating in my room as well, if I can ever get it clean. This was of course, totally inspired by this. The work she's done is completely amazing. In any case, my room is light blue and white. So that breaks the theme. I don't care much for yellow.

Please forgive me everyone! Im so sorry I havent been able to update.. Ive been stuck pretty much in bed with strep throat and flu all week! -sobs- All I have been able to do is buy a few things for the room, of which I will try to get pictures up soon.. Dont give up on me! crying
