Doveflight slowly got to her paws. "Yes, poppy seeds would be nice. Anything, really." She mewed, shaking her snowy white pelt. "I appreciate your hostpitality. My name is Doveflight, former warrior. I was taken by twolegs, but i've escaped them. I need my kits to be part of the warrior code, no matter what." she stepped forward, wincing.

Berryblaze:"sure, skypool." i turned to doveflight. "nice to meet you. here, the camp is this way." i padded to her side and nodded to the direction."i was on my way to find some ore poppy seeds, but we have enough in the medicine cat den for now."

Doveflight smiled. "thank you...both of you." she mewed. How good it felt to be surrounded by clan cats, the grass under her feet instead of cold colored twoleg stones, and the mere scent of the forest brought her ecstasy.

Skypool turned, knowing she was in good paws. Padding through the area, he murmured to himself. "Now lets see, I know there is some poppy around here. Ah! There it is." He grabbed a flower and turned to run back to camp.
Rainfire watched Doveflight pad through the entrance with Berryblaze and Galespirit, and smiled. Newcomers were always good for the Clan, and she had no doubt this queen was kind.

Doveflight proceeded towards the nursery, looking back at the staring cats that set their gazes on her. It didn't overwhelm her. However, the one thing that did overwhelm her was her fear of how their leader would react to all this.

Berryblaze:"ok, the camp is just right over this hill." i told Doveflight. we walked up the past the hill, and into the camp. "ok, you can just stay in my den with the other cat that's in there. I'll go tell Willowstar about your arrival."i led her to the medicine cat den and then ran to Willowstar's den.

Surprised by joy --
[Dewburst looked around.
There was Galespirit and Berryblaze leading a she-cat into the nursery. She smelled familiar.. but he couldn't put his paw on it...]
[Shaking his head at the confusing scents of the she-cat, his gaze rested on Galespirit.]
[Oh, how jealous he was of that tom. To live without a care in the world...]
[Dewburst sighed, feeling the weight of his actions lay heavy on his shoulders.]
"Arrgggg!" he growled and padded out to the open moorland.

Surprised by joy --
[He sped to the top of the hill.]
[As he reached it, his gaze raked across the whole territory.]
[But in particular his gaze clung to the Nightclan border.
Where his mother had been murdered, and where he in turn, avenged her.]
"I don't regret it." he challenged to the winds.
[But they, of course, held no answer.]
[His vision clouded, and with a yowl of surprise, he tumbled down the other side of the hill.]
[He slammed into the a patch of thistles, and with a last jolt of shock, lay there unconscious.]
[He opened his eyes, and looked across the lush green grass of Starclan.]
"Beware.." a male voice warned.
A scent flowed over his nose, irritating it.
"Yuck! It smells like.. flowers."
[And with a bright flash, Dewburst snapped awake.
Pain shot through his left back leg.]
"I don't understand!" he yowled, but his voice was carried off in the wind.]

Doveflight blinked her thanks, and flopped down in an empty nest that held no scent. She looked at her swollen belly, and smiled. Something about kits always made her smile, and for her to be having kits made her paw pads prickle with joy.

Freepaw walks around, wondering when she will get something to do. [what i really want is to know where my mentor is!!!] she thought, mildly annoyed that they left.

"No i didn't. We gotta find her! Come on!" she said already running as fast as she can in the direction of the scent she had found earlier. [she better be ok!] Freepaw thought as she ran. [and this better be the right way!]
