Can YOU tell the twins apart?

I can usually tell them apart from either their hair even when they wear those caps, to how they act. Hikaru is a little more on the emotional side of things whereas Kaoru is more down to earth in comparrison.

well Hikaru is self centered than Kaoru. U can say that Kaoru takes care of his older bro usually.

I can tell by their voices in the anime. In the manga it is much more difficult.

this might sound insane but i can tell the difference between them because kaoru has softer eyes...

In the English subbed anime, Kaoru's voice is just a tone higher than Hikaru's. Also, when they're standing together, Hikaru is usually the one on Kaoru's left (which kinda sounds like a brainteaser, but it works! whee ).

It's the hair! THE HAIR! The bangs are mirrored! It's always the same direction for each twin! Seriously...how does no one pick up on this??? crying

(Edit: Gomen ne, had a frantic fangirl moment there. But before I knew I could tell them apart by their hair, I just used the brotherly love seme/uke thing.)

Besides their hair... I guess I can't really tell. But they are quite different. Only major Ouran addicts can tell.

I'm guessing that's a good thing though =D

Yup, I can tell from their voice and their their actions...I never really payed attention to the hair though sweatdrop

Ha! Funny! I have recently watched episode 20 where Hikaru and Kaoru playe the Which-one-is-Hikaru game with Tamaki.

I usually tell the difference between the two by the way they part their hair. Other than that, I'm usually confused.
