'Casting Glove' is the name of the item and its one wors just like a glove of storing. you only need one to make it work. In this case a magic item can be used while its stored.
I understnad what quiver you are talking about now it just wasn't called that.
hmm you might want to find that for the DM. Assuming he doesn't know

Well I'll still be sneaking the hell out of people n.n And tumbling =3 I picked up a skill trick from Com Scoundrel. Tumble though an opponent, they are now flat footed. Then sudden STRIKE that man =3

Just so you know, there's also a feat out of the Player's Handbook II that gives you a +4 on your next attack against an opponent you tumble through. In case you hadn't already seen it.
