Books hurt!

So does reading Twilight

Watching the movie is even more painful.
:0
Unless you fall asleep during some of it, then it's not so bad.
=w=

I was just ._. through the whole movie.
Did not like.

Not like anyone's discussing any more, but I thought I'd get on the level with my Twilight opinions.

I thought it was an OK book, but kind of dull. It was a flat tire of a book, so to speak.

Bella was a fairly generic Jane... maybe a bit of a dumb Dora, but not a total one. I might enjoy a bull's session with her, just to see how she'd react, but I don't think we'd be best friends.

Bella's daddy Edward was also a bit dull. After they figured each other out and became goofy, I started to get tired of the book. I don't have anything against the sparkling though. The Vampirism could have been done better, but it could of been done worse.

I might read the next book if I get my mitts on it though, but I'm not seeking it out.

Hmmm.
The problem with twilight? I would say how people are crazy about it. I remember picking up the book my freshman year and there was only one book out. I was amazed with it. A new way to look at how a vampire might be. Someone writing that didn't bore me to death trying to understand huge words that took me hours to get over.
So I liked it. The second book came out and it got more popular. I was happy to see that her writing had caught more peoples eyes. Then it just went nuts after that. It's annoying as hell now, but I still like it. Just like when a group in music get to big everyone seems to run away from it when it gets big. It's kind of sad.
Over all I love the Anne Rice Vampire's better, but you have to think, what if there really are Vampires? I think it would be easy to get along as a Steph Vampire then a Anne Rice one, but that is just me.
