Info: I was born in America, and live here still. Actually I was born in Las Vegas, even though my family never really lived there...they were just there for a few months. But now people always say things like "So...I guess you gamble a lot?". stare Anyway, I am Egyptian and French(mostly. I think I'm also a bit English...or Welsh...something like that). I am in my second year of college, majoring in Communications, minoring in International Relations.

I'm a Canadian-American (dual citizenship). I don't really have anything all that interesting to say about myself. I tend to be confident and content in my day to day life, despite when most people would feel I should be depressed or shaken. I find religions of all stripe to be something I can identify with with ease, confusing as that is to many people. Politically, I'm an anti-revisionist Marxist-Leninist. I first became interested in Islam when I was researching Europe post-Rome, and decided to myself that Islam was a religion that offered something to it's followers that perhaps others simply don't. If anything, it offered them a ticket out of the dark ages, tee-hee.

Info: Well I'm a born Muslim Alhamdulillah (born in a Muslim family), and I really loved Islam from a very young age Alhamdulillah. But I really started learning about it after the age of 20, when I started seeing a lot of talks by some amazing international speakers, Alhamdulillah specially in Peace tv, and then I read the Qur'an and did research Alhamdulillah and it helped me come closer to Islam. Unfortunately in my country Bangladesh knowledge on Islam is not encouraged that much, and sometimes like wearing the hijab or keeping the beard is frowned upon, Astagfirullah sad . Well I liked Seurot hell rider's, info, lol sis you have a lot of similarities with the adjusting in Bangladesh issue, I was also born in Saudi Arabia and raised there for 9 years, Alhamdulillah and those were my golden days, and my basic foundation for my life till today for helping me to be a good Muslim, Alhamdulillah. But now I have the knowledge of Islam from the Qur'an and the Sunnah to help me be even better Insha'Allah. Lol I'm currently studying BBA in university, and I would also like to pursue in being an Islamic scholar Insha'Allah. I know I have a lot of rooms for improvements, so Insha'Allah hope for the best, peace smile

I'm a biomedical sciences student who is in the second year of uni. Alhamdullilah I have a lovely, large family and I love Islam with all my heart. Allah (swt) is truly so merciful to me, given me everything: family, home, food, a mind, working body- MashahAllah, I am a strong, healthy person in mind and body and I am surprised by my thanklessness sometimes. Islam is truly the greatest favour of Allah (swt) on me and Prophet Muhammad's guidance (pbuh), is truly a mercy.
I live in England and MashahAllah, the sisters, the community, everything here is just great. Even the people who are not yet muslim ( wink ) are lovely to be around because they are tolerant and accepting. Allah (swt) has truly blessed me around good company. We all have discussions and make our deen grow, especially at the uni mosque where all the sisters have a study circle. InshahAllah, every wednesday, our circles are full with angels gathering over us! 3nodding
Also, I'm from Pakistan originally, but now I hold dual nationality. Alhamdullilah, I love both places for there is good and bad everywhere, but the majority of my growth has been in England so I prefer it here since I speak better English than Sindhi. D; Also, I don't know about peers (saints) or all the different sects that they have and also about why they do certain things, especially in marriages. Culture eh... XD
I would like to keep my hijab on my wedding day, but that is one setback of being a most-likely Pakistani bride. I have no qualms about anything, who they choose, where I get married, for my parents, I love them and I know they love me- I just want to wear a hijab on that day. I don't want to be overbearing, but now that I am wearing it, I can't take it off. InshahAllah my dua will be accepted.
