 i use a wacom tablet, used mouse before. it killed my wrist haha, i don't recommend using a mouse xD
photoshop is the program over all programs
i just switched from 07 to cs3
pencils! i loooove mechanical pencils, so good for details. my flob was drawn with a really old mech pencil.
when i do big, more serious art, or portraits and stuff, i use my derwent graphic sketching pencils. they are good when i need deep shadows and smudging:] i'm doing this A3 sized picture of a dragon for a friend that is full of sooo many details, that i've worked on since christmas, and i think i've used all 12 pencils on it.
recently i've figured out colouring is pretty fun, but i don't have any proper colouring pencils, so i borrow from wherever i can get them x3

 =3 I use a wacom tablet, and Paint Tool Sai. Occasionally I'll use Photoshop, but it's on the other comp, and I'm... terribly lazy.

I use copics, prisma color markers, and manga pens. I would really like to use Dik Blicks Studio Markers though. 3nodding

Wacom Graphire 2(Ya baby, old school) tablet with either OC 1.2 or SAI. Sai/OC/Painter X/Photoshop 7 are all used for coloring.
PS 7 also used for graphics, textures, and brushes.
Traditionally, .5MM lead sumo mechanical pencil, any paper I can find, some sort of nice inking pens, and prisma color color pencils.

photoshop cs2 + sometimes mouse + sometimes tablet (depends on where I am; my mouse drawings are really bad... XD)
toying with Sai 3nodding (and not suceeding ._.)

*actuallly almost everything
but well, some of them like more than a year not even loking at them

When you create arts?
what do you mean...
Like do you have a tablet? Ever use a mouse?

What program do you use?
SAI, Photoshop 7.0
If you don't do computer art, what traditional mediums do you use? =0
.... what do you mean.. I use A4 paper and 4B pencil.
Got any recommendations of programs?

For the most part I sketch all of my stuff with a pencil on paper. But then I scan and ink and color digitally with photoshop and a wacom intous 3 tablet.

I use Easy Paint Tool SAI for all the lineart and colouring and then I use Photoshop CS4 for all the textures and effects (like sparkles and colour changes).
I use a Wacom Bamboo fun tablet (which has buttons stuck all over it lol) and yeah.
I don't really use a lot of traditional media anymore. I do, when I can be bothered (I have a buttload of awesome watercolour pencils still to use) but I find that I'm much better using digital media (CTRL + Z YESSS!)

After scanning said picture, I use Photoshop CS2 to outline the picture with the Line Tool.
After that, I break out my Bamboo tablet and color. >w<
