A lot of my favorite pairings aren't popular. But maybe that's just because I slash 2 random male characters together. Liek Battler and Kanon from Umineko no Naku Koro ni (well, they're liek, the only good looking guys in that anime currently, so it's not completely random). I did find some fanart of them, but not enough! D:

Dragonball/Z/GT doesn't get enough yaoi love at all! I guess since it's so old a lot of people have forgotten, but there's some great pairings in there! My favorites are Vegeta/Goku, Piccolo/Gohan, and Trunks/Goten. Also Jyu-Oh-Sei gets almost no attention at all, let alone attention for it's extremely slashable characters.

Fitz x the Fool, from the Tawny Man and Farseer trilogies. This is because a) most people are perfectly content to leave their relationship as is, b) seriously Fitz is happy with Molly, what the hell would you be thinking, c) Fitz is very heterosexual and d) we're all obliged by decree from Robin Hobb to never write fanfiction about her books or we'll probably literally die.
Also e) their platonic relationship is very touching and heart breaking as is, messing with it would be sort of pointless. (This is basically an addition to point a, but still very valid.)
Still, though, some fanart would be nice.

I think i found some, actually. On LJ. Can't remember m surprised re than that, though :/
Cable/Deadpool, because the fandom isn't really that big with slash fans to begin with so there's like, twenty people who like it x'D Still, their love is so canon it's redonkulous.
