Wow~! Lots of cousins, friends, and parents involved! rofl
As for me, I was actually into Rurouni Kenshin at that time. But since I already watched it for about 3 to 5 times, I decided to look for other animes.
One of the animes being aired at that time was FMA. I really don't like it that much back then. I didn't love the drawings. I was also not that much into Jsongs. But then again, I was able to watch it out of the urge of finding other anime.
When I learned that they were using the names of the seven deadly sins, I was curious. If I remember it right, Ed was even enumerating the ingredients of the human flesh. I was like... "WOAH~!" From then on, I was into it.
For now, I'm still waiting for the 55th episode of FMAB to be released this coming Friday. 4laugh
FMAB= heart heart heart

Ummmm, well, let's see. I was staying up real late one night with my little brother. We were waiting to watch Inuyasha, when all of the sudden FMA came on. We didn't know what else to watch so we watched it. It was the very first time it was ever aired, actually, because I never remembered seeing it come on before, and It was the very first episode sweatdrop After the first episode, I thought it was pretty cool, and eventually became pretty obsessed with it. I've finished the anime and I've watched the movie by now. All i have to do is read most of the manga, and Brotherhood, though I don't like brotherhood too much sweatdrop iBuhnyy heart

I didn't like bloody shows at the time, but my sister loved it. A friend told me about it, too. But it took me a year to read the manga....And I completely melted over Edward heart
"And I still have stains..." Edward said, making a face.

My friend showed me some manga/anime magazines she had bought, when I looked through them I found an article on FMA. The story seemed interesting so the next time I entered a manga shop I looked for the first one and bought it right away, xD. 3nodding

Welp, I actually was looking for another anime to see, and I said: hey, I'm gonna watch Fullmetal alchemist, now that it is VERY popular. Let's see if they give it in animefreak. And i started watching it! Not a sort of WOW! adventure, but something is something.

I actually didn't like FMA when it was first introduced to me. My friends were like, "watch it, it's awesome!" And I'd usually just shrug it off because I knew that FMA was in the shounen genre, and I thought, 'I'm a girl, and shounen is mostly for boys, right?!' and at that time, I was really more interested into shoujo manga/anime.
Years later, I was surfing channels, and decided to go watch some anime on Animax. They were showing FMA:Brotherhood. At first I didn't want to watch it, but I said, "Oh what the heck, I've got nothing better to do. Might as well see what's so awesome about FMA." I didn't watch it from the beginning. The episode that was showing at that time was when Ed and Al came back from Lab 5. An episode or two before Hughes' death. I found it pretty interesting, so I just kept watching. Until suddenly, Hughes dies (just when I was starting to like him!)
I was so curious about why he was killed and why he said "the military's in danger!" and who the shape-shifting guy was, so... I read the manga. And now I'm so obsessed with it! XD
I can't believe I actually took sooo long before giving FMA a chance. XD But I'm glad I did eventually see it. It really is so awesome. :3

My friends first introduced me to Naruto. This caused to possess a wuest to find the perfect anime. Eventually, it became fulfilled in Fullmetal Alchemist.Since the first anime series were not good in the end, I stopped FMA [abbreviated here for Fullmetal]. Then I randomly surfed Youtube when I saw FMA Brotherhood. I thought it was a recreation of FMA [like Dragonball Kai LOL] but then I watched it and I liked it more that filler series. Then I got hooked so much I ended up reading the manga! biggrin
How's that for a story? rofl xd
