Jacii, I love the FRUITS photo book, it was my intro to EGL. I saw it lying in a bookstore, and fell in love with the colourful clothing, and intricate details of the outfits. I happened to have just gotten some money, and decided that I needed to buy the book right then. I even got 30% off because the sales lady said the cover had a crease in it, I hadn't even noticed. whee

I got into EGL err... A couple years ago? I knew what it was but didn't really look into it until after I read X-Day in late 2003, and that's how I came up with this username. Polaris is my favourite character. (^o^) I also think the kogal look is adorable, and call my favourite IRL outfit "gothic kogal". :X

else: Ive loved gothic lolita ever since it was introduced to me by my friend Yumi. (even though my japanese is terrible) i enjoy the lolita patterns in the books for sewing and making my own patterns. i enjoy buying tophats at flea markets and "lacing and bowing them up"...ever since i came to gaia i wished for more intricate, detailed clothing, and with this program its possible. Lanzer was at the last otakon and when i go this year, i hope to appeal to him with these ideas for perhaps a better gaia and perhaps make a difference by directly talking to him: this gaian community has so many possiblilties and potentialities. i hope that maybe if we get enough people here, we can make a difference! \^o^/

Er, hi... I'm shy, independant, strong, large, amusing, cute, and fun. In my humble opinion, anyways.
I'm an ecclectic pagan, and a Loli who wears most of the different sub-styles. I try and keep Loli as a way of life, when I am dressed in the clothing. I don't have much of the clothing yet, of course, but I can make my own when I have the money for fabric.
I have a lot of people who I love, but not many "friends", persay. I have girls who I love enough to call sister, and boys who I love enough to call brother, but no one has really gotten anywhere between "family" and "aqquaintance". Except my dear Ami. She's my best friend.
I live at home, with mom and dad, and younger brother. Boyfriend is here almost every day, and I have two cats. (One of which was my 16th birthday present from my Johnny in T.O.)
I love recieving mail, and am willing to give my address to anyone who wants to be penpals, or send me cards at Christmas/Valentines/for my birthday, ect.
I've got a company, not a big one, but a company none-the-less. I have a site thats not open yet (it should be by January, 06, but I may not make that deadline.) I do clothing from my store, and ship globally. [smiles] I have lots of designs, and not all of them are Loli. I also handle custom Cosplay orders. Currently, I'm taking orders through email, and I can only conquer 1 at a time due to working on site, and getting money for fabrics. (Also, I may be moving to Toronto, and that would knock me out a few weeks from work and everything.)
Anyways, thats about all I can think of...
Oh! If you have a design, but you don't have a pattern/can't sew, I'll make a patter/diagram or make the costume for you, if you povide fabric, shipping and handling for the return, and accessories/zippers/buttons/ect. All I ask is $10 or $15 for my troubles.

My name's Sarah in RL, I live in San Francisco, CA...
uh I'm an animation student let's see this will be my third year in the fall (college) dunno if I'm doing 3d or not still sweatdrop I probably will be though...
I'm a big cosplay, gothic lolita and Jrock fan.
I'll be maintaining the web site for a friends gothic lolita line of clothing, coming out... in about two weeks honestly, look around for it a couple weeks before Fanime!! We're trying really hard to make some gothic lolita clothes for the U.S. that you can order on-line!... okay I'll not do too much plugging for the site until it's up with pictures and all that financial stuff gonk
What else... Heck I dunno, I'm an art student, fan of japanese art and style, um... of course lolita and gothic lolita... the jrock scene um umoh ha I think it's too late at night. Oh today was my 20th birthday so happy birthday to me! and I hope to meet some of you other gaian lolita enthusiasts in person some time!

I guess i could introduce myself:
My name is Amanda, I'm not any good at making up names, some do call me bobi, but i'm trying to grow out of it. I am from New York, the state not the city. I'm actually about an hour away from Canada and niagra falls. I am very into anime, EGL, and travel. I am a freshman in college, havard on the hill, half the student body are japanese exchange students. I major in travel and tourism. I like to endulge in other cultures. I was born on May first, 1986. I love history, I'm pretty much stuck in the past ie. i like clasic rock, children's cartoons, the old disney movies like the first cinderella, none of that sequel crap, pardon my french. I like traveling to places that have rich histories. It all lead to my love for EGL, I saw an opportunity where i could express my love for petticoats and victorian era clothes and play dress up like when i was a kid in a word PERFECT. I wish I were still 14 but alas i must be an adult. Okay if you are still reading and haven't come to the conclusion that i'm just shy of being a loser, let me just confirm it: the only people i have to dress up in lolita gear with is my 2 YOUNGER sisters and i'm also unemployed, but on the bright side, life is purdy darn good and my dress rocks!!!
