*purrs* Mm... It was... Though the gravy turned out a bit saltier than I would've liked. I took a nice-and-very-hot bath afterwards to soothe my legs.

That's because the legs and thighs are used for more prolonged activities and have high levels of myosin, while breast and wing meat is typically used for bursts of activity and therefore have more actin.
