wakusei Omochii Jaft I think you could've downed three raw eggs and have a Rocky montage. My super susceptible friend watched Rocky Balboa about a year ago, thought drinking eggs was a good idea, and didn't turn up to school for three days afterwards. ... xd It was pretty funny, actually. But hey! Don't try it at home, kids. >_> I have a friend who drinks raw eggs quite often. I've also seen her eat raw chicken. Never gotten salmonella from doing these things.
Then one day, she visited a friend with a pet snake. She touched the snake, and then...got salmonella.
Rather funny.
I will...exercise...at...some...point. Yeah.
Now if that's not ironic, I don't know what is, xd . I carried the shopping bags from my front door to the kitchen table. 8D Hooray! ... K0m0d0!? o.o *wavesfrantically* HELLO. How are you? ...I wonder if you remember me. XD;; Lol.

Or call Richard Simmons.
You're a bunny! A bunny! ;D
Remember, you'll look dorky while exercising, but then, you'll look great afterwards. wink
Unless you do it wrong. Then, you're in the hospital. gonk
May I recommend marching in place (really bring up those knees and your arms will be toned if you hold really light weights 1-2lbs), jump-roping, squats for a good butt OwO, crunches, regular push-ups, or a nice aerobics instructional video? Lol.
LOL! I NEED TO BE ASLEEP, WHY AM I STILL HERE?

Could always do push ups against the wall. Don't have your feet to close to the wall though.
Uh... I raked the leafs yesterday [3am now]? Does that count?

Jaft Or call Richard Simmons. You're a bunny! A bunny! ;D You know, weirdly enough, one of his approaches actually work. It's this little thing that you record what you eat in it through little windows that have pictures of what type of food it is (Protein, Dairy, Starch, Fats, Veggies, Fruits, Water, and Extras) And it's set as a calorie counter. I somehow managed to drop about 15 or so pounds just from that... On a more recent note, I live at college, so I walk pretty much everywhere. At least one-quarter mile a day, with a few bouts of wandering/exploring every couple of days. Also, for some reason I pace whenever I have a paper to write. Seems to work somehow.

Shoot, when I'm on campus, I'm probably walking a mile unless I'm exploring which would be a couple miles. Exploring a campus is fun. I discovered my campus has a Subway. ;D
I did not know that before. >_>;
On another note, we need moar people to be workin' out yo. >_> Get pumped!
Anyway, today:
2.3 miles jogged/ran. It was pretty peaceful. I ran to the music of my Nano.
Deadlifts: 3 sets x 18 reps - 70lb bar
Shoulder Press: 3 sets x 30 reps - Heavy resistance rope
30 sit-ups
Some bicep curl work with the rope.
