arrggghhh....don't mention losing weight.... crying I need to lose weight...but who knows I might try again to be a body builder and get big........but muscles when not use often turns fat whee confused .......anyone know the best way to get rid of cellulite over time????

You need to lose weight? I'm pretty surprised, you always looked very gorgeous from the photos. Then again, I'm still shocked Bunny wants to lose weight, so I suppose I should stop wondering why every one wants to drop a few lbs.

I actually don't own a scale at the moment- and I think I like it that way.

this, coming from someone that doesn't look like she really needs to lose anything herself. it's been my experience that most women think they need to lose weight, even though all they need is to tone up a little. basically, the way i see it, if you're healthy and happy, then there's no issue.

i'm really tiny, so a few pounds shows a lot, and i just want to get rid of lurve handles and pouchies.. my BMI is borderline overweight aqnd i don't like that. plus i'm out of shape thanks to college, and i REALLY dont' like that.

@aqua - the only effective way to lessen the appearence of cellulite is to lose fat. after all, cellulite is basically uneven layers of fat just under the skin. no cream, massage or laser treatment will get rid of it, so don't waste your time, just get up and exercise! xd

also, muscle doesn't turn to fat. you gain fat by eating it, muscle will just weaken over time from lack of use. gaining lean muscle through moderate strength training and cardio is great because it uses more energy and helps the body burn more fat.

Cardio I tried that once, I give props to all the people that does that, man that's a work out, especially if your a beginner they go through the steps fast. 4laugh

Hey, I have a question. What do you do if you're always hungry?

I'm literally ALWAYS hungry. It doesn't matter how much I eat, or what I eat, I'm always hungry and my body is always telling me to eat more and more, even when I know I don't need the food. I know because a couple times I've tested myself. I woke up at like 9 in the morning, started eating, and continued to eat non-stop until like 3 the next morning. No matter how much I ate, I was still hungry. Does anyone have tips? I can sleep and be so preoccupied that I don't eat for hours, but that's not good. Even when I exercise a lot I'm still hungry.

Sometimes, it's about control, you can eat when your stomach is saying "feed me" and growling, but you have to control it by letting yourself know when to stop. But if you are always hungry, how about try to eat small portion of food 6 times a day. Make healthy choice, eat break fast like at 6am, eat a healthy snack 9am, eat a well balance lunch 12pm, eat a healthy snack 3pm, eat a healthy dinner 6pm and then eat a healthy snack at 9pm; it will also help with your metabolism. Like some have said to me, even if you eat small portion of food 6 times daily, you'll still gained weight because we still need to burn what we ate; the active we are the more we need to eat (Phelps I believe needed 10000 calories because his way too active, gosh I swear I need to be in shape like him to; compare to the average 2000 calories daily intake).

If not can always ask a doctor, and see if he/she can diagnose you with something (I think there's a word for that always hungry and can't stop eating), I believe you can die from that (not to scare you or anything)....

I've kept up the conciencious eating and started a good exercise routine.. and i've lost 10 POUNDS! I've gone from 140 to 130 and I only have 5 more pounds till my goal weight!!! I was almost in a size 11 and since I'm small and little changes make a huge difference, I'm down to a size THREE!!!!!!! Can you believe it?? xd

You guys have no idea how much better and sexier and healthier you feel when you're eating right and exercising. I recommend it to everyone!

I'm really wanting to lose weight me-self. I have this gorgeous red dress hanging in my closet I wish to wear again. I discovered swimming was my answer- it was a form of exercise I enjoyed doing that gave me a whole body work out. Unfortunately the apartment pool is closed for the fall and the school pool has very, very limited hours. Does anyone have recommendations?

I started doing a series of dvd workouts called 10 minute trainer.. and I also found TurboJam.. both are pretty fun, i do 30 minutes worth of workouts 3 times a week, and it's gotten me to where i am now.. the varid schedules work awesome ^^

i've been working massive hours and my eating habits have been less than satisfactory, seeing that i've only been able to eat a couple times a day. be that as it may, i'm still losing weight, even though my progress has slowed greatly. surprisingly, this weight loss is even with the non-smoking. i still haven't fully got my appetite back.
