To be quite honest, I don't really think we should exclude anyone. That feels rather backhanded.
...that being said, I do feel that if we do get people that put a monkey wrench in the harmony, and don't change after being told about it, we boot 'em. (Like Spammers, generally unplesant people...trolls, yadda yadda)

I mean that many people I run into would say talking like that is 'sacreligious' or something.(I live in an area where you either go to church or go to hell. Sad, huh?)
