Skizzors D: The art in those is HORRIBLE. It's better just to get a general anatomy book than a "how to manga!" thing.. Rulin' ya universes...
I actually found a really good one though. Not the DMP one, it was another one, I don't remember the company though ^^;;

As far as I know, there are two... they're more directed towards drawing the characters, and not so much poses etc. I want both so I might learn how to draw men ;_;

...since 1992. If that's the case, then I definitely would recommend just getting a regular anatomy book. I have one that I really like here: http://www.amazon.com/Drawing-Human-Anatomy-Giovanni-Civardi/dp/0289800897/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1211254604&sr=1-6 It's not very explainatory textually, but it does give very detailed shots of skeletal and muscle structure with close-ups certain parts of the body, and demonstrates the effects of the muscles and skeletal system given certain poses. It's even got a few pages on drawing hands and feet in different poses, which I found extremely useful.

I'm probably ending up on a book splurge next month... xD There's so much I want to buy D;
y'know though, it'd be pretty rad to see the Gaia storylines printed and sold in little tankoubons heart (on a random note)

...Miss Sushii, I ended up buying that How To Draw Yaoi book.
I was at Borders and kinda browsing, not really intending to buy anything, and I saw the How To Draw section. It was not only the only copy of How To Draw Yaoi, it was the ONLY COPY OF THAT SERIES THERE XD I saw the spine and thought, "No way, it can't be that same book" and it was!
It's fairly useful. Mostly it seems to be a tutorial on muscles, poses, hands, feet, etc, but it did have some useful tips on kissing. SO.
