Vaati jumped down from the tree and circled around Opal's legs, meowing and brushing his head against her leg. A pathetic cat display for attention.

Vaati hissed lightly. It wasn't on the could be heard, but felt in his sides instead. If Opal liked him, he would try not to be as jealous as he was around Kaze. He spent all the night away from Opal, but now she doesn't seem to care much about him.
