"Oh, this? A flesh wound, it'll heal." Kaze explained as he touched the scratches. They stung a bit more than he thought they would. Vaati scratched Kaze a little deeper than he thought.

Opal - Wind's Child____________________"No... I think it's because he's jealous..." Opal said still stroking the cat. Ezlo was right, Vaati could be nice... when he wanted to be. But when it came to his selfish acts towards others... that was a different story. Sometimes Opal couldn't take it, this is the first time she's stormed away from Vaati's aggression. She wished she hadn't done that. Stay calm with him was the only way Vaati will listen.

Opal - Wind's Child____________________"Yup, well that's how I wished it. You see he had a hat called the Minish Cap. Ezlo actually made it. And I had it for a while when Vaati died. It's a long story. Anyways when he came back as a spirit. I wished he was a talking cat and let him keep all his powers." Opal explained. She looked over at Ezlo. "But ever since he got sick from eating strawberries his powers have been going out of whack." She explained and sighed.

"A shadow of Vaati called 'Dark Vaati' killed him... and then I killed the shadow... not soon after his death Vaati came back as a spirit and we turned him into a cat." Opal said not looking at Kaze. She didn't like to talk about Vaati's death, it was very hard for her... and the fact that she 'enjoyed' killing Dark Vaati was another subjected she liked to avoid.
