Mica gets the spoon halfway to his mouth and freezes. HIssing he eats the bite and grabs for some bread and cider. "Ye do realize this is getting extremely tiresome."

Mica smiles... "But that would remove an element of challenge from the picture now... wouldn't it. Each meal becomes an opportunity to engage you in a battle of wits."

Mica sighs and finishes his meal. Well, he makes an attempt to finish the meal. Somehow all the fish gets eaten and half the carrots, but even though the salad takes up less space, it looks more wilted than gone. "I'm sorry, Kero.. but I can't eat another bite. Forgive me." says the elderly priest with a sigh, finishing off his milk.

"Healing... albeit slower than I had hoped they would. Talesian have you ever broke a bone before?" she asks running a hand along the length of the splint.

Tam shakes his head in negation. "No, sorry I can't help ye there. I've been burnt really bad, stabbed, poisoned and what have ye... but through it all, I always came out of it in one piece, all limbs and bones intact."

She chews a lip and thinks for a bit. "Well, it is healing... like I said... mayhaps your bones are composed a tiny bit different from ours... If I had a sliver I could check it under the scope...."

"Ummm... I think I'll take a pass on offering that." says Tam shaking his head. "I do wish I could absorb them though. Are ye absolutely sure I shouldn't?"

Tam's hand goes reflexively to his wings and he shudders. "Guess I'll wait it out then. It's been three weeks now or there about. How much longer do you think I"ll have to keep this on."

"It isn't so much a matter of how solid the bones are but the lattice of the cell structure. I'm not so sure his cell structure is same as ours. Maybe it has something to do with the fact he doesn't age... if the cell growth was slower... not so much for the tissues as for the support structures, it might be some time yet. When ye were burnt... did you heal as anyone else would?"

Tam shakes his head. "Yes and no, I'm afraid. I healed a bit slower but fully. No scars. And these scratches on my arm may take a full week or more to fade, but once they are gone..."

"No scars again, right..." she offers with a nod.

Tam nods once more. "Aye, mayhaps you are right... t'would make sense I suppose. I was slower healing from knife cuts as well... physician then thought it may have been infected."

"More house arrest..." grumbles Tam testily. "Ah well... I guess iffin ye want to go back home after the party, Hope... I won't hold it against ye. Fortuny probably misses Salunia, huh?"
