Slavery doesn't work that way. Contracts with slaves don't work that way as slaves have no legal rights as they're not considered people in the eyes of the law. Definition of slavery. Quote: Person who is the property of and wholly subject to another; a bond servant. See Undakai? Wholly subject. Now you're Wholly subject to me. You have the same status as this Gwee on my back. It's like me making a contract between me and a dog. It just doesn't work. You can't give consent because you're not a legal entity and it's not legally binding. Come on, you think before 1860 any agreements between slave owners and their slaves carried any legal weight? They didn't.

Are you, Sanzoskitsune, a slave to Undakai? Are you bound to him by contract and are you now wholly subject to his will? No, he owns my soul so technically I am his minion. However, I was never sold into slavery to him. Did you ever sign Undakai's contract? Uh yeah I signed the contract but if I remember correctly that only handed over my soul... Confirmation of her servitude from Sanzo herself. biggrin The deal is null.
