There's a stupid freshman kid in my section this year who refuses to respect the leaders (including myself), has a bad attitude, and has no motivation. What am I supposed to do with a slacker like that? Why don't I just punch his lights out and get it over with?

Get all the leaders to sit him down and bash on him (Verbally) and tell them that he has to listen and stop being a slacker... And you can alert a... Teacher? (I'm not too sure where the situation is taking place)
