True Arrogance- thats rubbish, I don't really know what to say- try talking to her? At least you could do something else instead Arcanas Actually the one issue that always seems to get me, is that I'm never dating material...it's always the jackasses that listen to that confounded rap music...but then when they get thier hearts ripped out and stomped on, they come to me for comfort...it really pisses me off -_- That sounds exactly like one of my friends, he's the most lovely person, so lovely that he just seems like a friend or a brother. You have the moral higher ground of course, but not that much comfort sad

My big brother had that same problem. He'd treat his dates like queens, hold the doors for them etc, but it's the ones who treated the girls like dirt that got second dates O.o I don't understand women like that. Not at all. They're frickin' crazy. *Huggles my sweet, usually considerate boyfriend*

Us girls just like bad boys, I guess. It's the whole "wanting something you just can't have" thing all over again. To me, the only thing that can beat a bad boy in appeal is the sweet one: those charmers.
Problem is, the charmers usually turn out to be the players. ^^;; It's a lose-lose situation!
To TA - Sorry to hear that. Maybe you can show her just how much you really want to spend time as a family, together, and then she'll understand to what extent you're feeling this. She probably isn't aware of how much you want to spend time with her.

Omo here [just in case you didn't realise xD] I don't think there's any real way to find out whether that's true or not, unless you catch him red handed or something, but I say, give the guy the benefit of the doubt. ^^ There's no point in making yourself miserable by assuming.

Aww, I'm sorry to here that, TA. *patpat* *clears throat* So...I get to angst here, right? I need to throttle my friend.
What she says: I'm sooo bad at drawing. You're sooo much better than me. What she means: I'm so good at drawing. Please tell me I'm better than you. What she says: You're soo much better than me at writing. What she means: I'm better than you at writing. Tell me that.

And some women, such as myself, Jaft, LOVE the straightforwards. As for my angsting...
I was sick for a week. One week. I have 4 tests. 3 projects. A whole shitload of homework. AND A WEEK OF MAKEUP WORK. And i have to finish it all. By next week. And I have a feeling that if I work that hard, I'm going to get sick. Again. Like last time. Oh yeah. I also have saxophone, jazz band in the mornings, hip hop, jazz and musical theatre. Plus I need to juggle my friends while I'm at it, as I'm in a huge argument with one of them.
*deep breath* ...That felt good.

i was engaged and the guy died, how about that?!?
and then i met someone on line and we got together and dated for a year.
at Christmas last year i thought he would propose but lo and behold he dumped me instead!
so i feel a little singed around the edges right now and am not eager to hurry back out into the meat market.
