Texas rolled his eyes at Criofan. "I would have come whether you asked me to or not. Want to make sure you aren't posting an ad for me, after all." Criofan and Magnus had been whispering about putting an ad for Texas up, and Texas really didn't want that. This whole blind dating idea seemed a bit silly anyway, even if Esmee and Aysu had been lucky in the process.

The lucky fae only grinned back, heading forth to where he would place his ad. After placing a few final touches in green pen, he handed over his 'dating ad'--or whatever they called it. It seemed that he had written two pages, but on close examination, it turned out he was holding two ads. One he had written in green pen. The other was written in red, and had a certain name on it that Texas really didn't want to see...





"You didn't post an ad for me up, right?" asked Texas nervously, as Criofan walked back, humming under his breath.

"Nah." Criofan smirked. "Don't worry yourself over it. I'd never do anything to annoy you." Texas quirked a brow. "Alright. That was a lie through my teeth, but I promise you, I didn't put up the ad."

Texas would buy it... for now. After one more nervous glance at the posting area, the typically calm demon strolled out with the all-too-innocent Criofan O'Kane, who had an extra jaunty skip to his step.

So responses didn't come in right away, but Criofan often checked anyway. Texas rolled his eyes and usually told Criofan just to give up on it, but really, that wasn't the reason why Criofan came so often. That was why the leprechaun stood outside with Texas. "Ah' suppose ah' should go over and see if there's a li'l something for me."

Texas rolled his eyes at Criofan, following the man in. The leprechaun made sure to go to the board and block Texas's line of sight to his ad while looking for answers. None for Texas, as per usual. This'd be harder than he thought it'd be... Wait a minute. "'ey, Texas, Ah got something from an anonymous person."

"That's asking for trouble," remarked Texas. "And I don't think it's the kind of trouble that'd work well for you." But Criofan took out his trusty green pen anyway, and wrote his own snarky response.



"You responded? Come on, for all you know, this anonymous person could be--"

"Nah." Criofan laughed. "Ah'm a lucky lad! The worst doesn't happen to me!"

Ivy came back to the ads with a bit of curiosity. Someone had written her back. Whoa, she was a bit stuned. She wasn't sure how to act, but decided it was time to move on, and it sounded like he needed it as well.

"Come on there little Missy. You have to try. That is the whole point." Jazz told her granddaughter.

"Yeah, but what if he doesn't like me like that?" Zoe said with a frown. She knew she had an ad up and he didn't answer it. Why would he want her to answer his?

Jazz shook her head. "You'll never know unless you try!"



"Not bad, but you did ramble a little."

When Texas and Criofan left the house, Magnus waited a few minutes before running out cackling. He had wanted to explore these 'personal ad' things for the fun of it. Sure, he wasn't very serious and his intentions, at their root, may have even had a malicious tinge, but that didn't stop him.

His eyes danced as they scrolled over this and that. These and those, those and these. What was Texas doing up there? ...Ah, Criofan! Brilliant, Magnus would have to applaud him later, but only because he did what Magnus would have done himself. Mostly, though, everything looked pretty standard and boring. Nice girls, fun girls, cool guys, tough guys, Haru. Well, he would ask Haru out for the laughs, but they already knew each other. That defeated the purpose.

...What's this? Magnus quirked a brow when coming across one race description. 'Mixed Demon?' He had never heard of something like that before. She had a halo yet she was a demon? Intriguing. Magnus couldn't help being just a bit curious. When a fae like Magnus was curious, he would find an answer somehow. He pondered on brilliant oration before picking up a pen that was lying around.



Now that was good. Magnus grinned proudly at his work before tacking it on to the bottom of her ad. This would be fun...
