Samoa Joe then walks over to CM Punk, hooking his head and lifting him over his right shoulder. He then carries Punk to the center of the ring and attempts the Muscle Buster!

Jerry Lawler: I'm still wondering what Matt has in mind. Matt has had problems with Joe and that may play a factor in the result of this match.

What CM Punk didn't know is that he covered Joe close to the ropes, and Joe with great ring awareness gets a foot on the rope to break the count!

Matt would look around while he was on the apron, as the crowd began
to react as if Matt was going to attack him.
Matt slowly moved one leg in between the second
rope, but stopped himself.
Instead, he jumped off the apron, as the crowd
began to boo, seeing that there wouldn't be
a "mugging" like they've seen the past couple
of weeks between Matt Allens and Samoa Joe.
Matt would turn his back, and walk up the ramp, with a confident smile
on his face, knowingly that CM Punk had
won the match.
