The angel sighed as she walked out of the patient's ward, holding the file of the patient's record in hand. Her thoughts were filled with what happened two or three days ago. How stupid can she be? Stepping into the shower butt naked with a man. That was all she could remember before Zariel's devilish conscience took over her mind. Did something happen after that? She doesn't know. It was all black once the clothes came off. Ynez frowned, obviously displeased and worried over how her sacred temple (might) have been invaded by some horrible man. She shook her head, deciding not to think about it any further. Zariel wasn't speaking either. She hasn't for the past few days. It was strange how the chatterbox had turned silent almost all of a sudden. She flipped the paper and next on the list was Priya, one of the hospital doctors. That's right, she was hospitalized yesterday. Without further ado, Ynez hurried over to her room and gave it a couple of knocks, then pushed the door open. She took a quick peek and much to her surprise, Priya had regained her consciousness. "Good morning, doctor. How are you feeling? Are you experiencing any light headedness? Any nauseousness?" she asked, pressing the back of her hand against the woman's forehead to check for her temperature. A faint glow appeared on her palm as she tried to sooth any discomfort Priya might be feeling. She supposed she could cheat a little and put her healing abilities to good use here. Priya looked horrible when she was sent in yesterday. Her face was terribly pale. "We were all worried sick when we saw you yesterday. You ought to take better care of yourself. You are one of our finest doctor, after all. What would we do if something happened to you! It was a high fever but thank goodness your temperature went down after we had you hooked to a drip. You still feel a little feverish but there's nothing much to worry about." she stated, placing the fever pills and antibiotics beside the food that was brought in not too long ago. It was part of her nature to act motherly towards patients and Priya was no exception. Since the woman was last on the list, Ynez decided to pull up a chair and take a seat beside the hospital bed. She gazed at her with her right eye that wasn't covered up with an eye patch unlike the other. Violet iris meeting emerald ones.

"Pardon my rudeness. I haven't properly introduced myself yet. I'm sure you already know my name. I'm Ynez. It's a pleasure to meet you, doctor Priya."

The angel shook her head in return and gestured to the pancakes with sausages and scrambled eggs as sides, along with a cup of hot coffee and an apple. "No, it's alright. You'll have to take your medication after you've eated breakfast. I know hospital food tastes horrible but please endure it for now." Ynez chuckled, placing it on the tray table. It was no surprise the angel felt slightly awkward with the whole formality going on between them, which caused her to simply smile with downcast eyes. "Likewise. The patients love you, if I must say." she laughed and came to an abrupt stop the moment Priya questioned who brought her in. "It was a blond lad. He was concerned about you but he left after we assured him that you'll be alright. I don't know who he was but he had this heart shaped tattoo underneath his eye."

The woman blinked in surprise when Priya had complimented her name. It felt a tad embarrassing hearing it from someone and it wasn't long until her porcelain features were tinted a soft shade of pink. "Oh-! I.. thank you- hearing it from someone who has an amazing sounding name herself is a little.. embarrassing." Ynez chuckled and lowered her head. It didn't take long until Zariel's voice rang in her mind. 'How cheesy. I like this woman.' she stated, though not forgetting to add a remark before declaring her liking towards the doctor. Ynez simply rolled her eyes, grateful that Priya couldn't hear the conversation going on in her head. The angel found her shy nature adorable and chuckled light heartedly at her sudden request of friendship. She didn't mind, the angel was open to any sort of people. "Of course we can- that sounds amazing!" she chimed in delight and gladly took her up on her offer. It seems Priya hasn't been here for long, she herself wasn't either. However, the people she's encountered here were amazingly friendly and easy going, if not, very.. hearty. A thought crossed her mind and Ynez leaned in towards Priya and whispered in a hushed voice.

"So.. who is this Shiro guy? The nurses were gossiping about the both of you earlier. Are you guys a thing?"

Ynez held her hands up in surrender at Priya's small outburst. She appeared stunned for a good couple of seconds before bursting out into laughter. Even the once quite and reserved angel have a cheeky side to her. She managed to make out a couple of words from the amount of stuttering in Priya's sentence. It seems this Shiro guy's a patient of hers. Ynez's fave automatically dyed a deep shade of pink at the word 'patient' which had also earned a couple of soft snickers from Zariel. She, too, was in a similar situation. "Oh, you never know.. Sometimes sparks just fly, I tell you and you'll be bombarded with feelings you never even plan to have from the start." it appears doctors always have a soft spot for their patients. Just like how Ynez and Zariel do for Jaquinne. Her face reddened even further and she quickly fanned herself with hands. "Oh what am I even blabbering about- your bag is in the bottom shelf, I'll get it for you-" quickly evading the topic, Ynez reached for Priya's purse in the bottom shelf and handed it over to her.

"Oh, please, I'm not experienced one bit- not at all-" she forcefully denied and rolled her eyes at Zariel's snicker once more. The angel only thought of Jaquinne as someone who's reliable and helpful, unlike Zariel, who seems to have the hots for him. Ynez shook her head once more, finding it funny how she kept thanking her over and over again. "Don't mention it. The patients? They're doing good, wondering where their ever so lovely doctor's at." countered the angel as a couple more chuckles escapes her lips. Her eyes widened in surprise over how Priya remembered Zariel, and her name at that. Though it was no surprise, they were colleagues after all. "Oh, Zariel's doing great. She said she likes you. I'm surprised you remembered since Zariel's usually not around when you are."

"Orca- yes. Zariel held a grudge against him for quite a while after he tried to attack her but I can see where they're both coming from." she chuckled. Ynez liked that oceanian. He was probably one of the first who gave her a small lecture over how she should embrace herself as two seperate identities. Zariel came to forgive him not too long after though her feelings were hurt quite horribly that night. "Oh, it was exciting indeed. I haven't felt my heart race that way since ages ago! I wonder how he's doing now." oh, that poor angel was so worried that she might not make it in time to save that fellow oceanian. She often wondered where he was. That night was the last time she has ever seen Orca. Ynez chuckled lightly at the mention of a visitor who appears to be awfully worried about Priya. "It's always nice to have someone to take care of you. It makes me jealous. Your friend sounds like a wonderful person. I'd love to get to know this person if you'd allow me to stay, that is." she answered. Being cared for was something the Nephilim lacked. Her parents were often away at work and the only care she had ever recieved were from the maids her parents hired to take care of the household. She could feel her envy slowly spread in her chest whenever she looked at people who were deeply cared for and perhaps that was why she was so touched when her blonde companion came rushing to her aid during the New Years festival. Perhaps what she felt wasn't 'love' but the comfort of being taken care of. While she was deep in thought denying her growing feelings for a person, Priya's words seemed to have contradicted that thought of hers.

Someone who accepts her for who she is. Ynez's gaze flickered over towards Priya with obvious confusion shown within them and she couldn't help but agree with her words in some way. In the end, she gave up thinking about it altogether. What happens, happens. She'll leave it up to what people call 'fate'. "I suppose that is true. It's hard to come by someone who looks past the labels people put on you and truly accept you for who you really are. I guess, you have a point there. So.. any 'special' person you have in mind when you said that?"

About Priya

Priya chuckles, "She most certainly is wonderful. A little eccentric at times, though, she means well. She is always up for meeting new friends.." She smiles, feeling the warmth of Ynez's feelings through words.

At the response to her musing, Priya's face returned to its brilliant red coloring, "S-special person in mind?? Oh.. well.." She smiles, "N-not in particular.." Did she? Priya had never thought of it, seeing as she thought of herself as a wall flower. She never thought herself to be anything but the shy girl that no one could put a face to. She down casts her turquoise eyes with dark lashes fanned around them, "No.. I don't think anyone would look twice at me as far as that goes. Maybe one day.." She smiles cheerfully, "Someone who will love me as I am and accept my flaws and weaknesses. Someone who will protect me would be nice." She mused as she giggles. She was thrilled. Is this what people called girl talk? Her eyes brightened up as she looked at Ynez, "What about you? What do you look for in a love?"

While he did fancy Priya there was something to Zivva that has Leon beginning to look at her in a different way than just as Priya's friend. She was cool in the sense that she was calm about handling situations and in the sense that she was actually cool, and was like a boy's best tomboy friend. But this girl happened to accept her feminine charms and made full use of it; With her sweet scent still whispering around her body.

With the use of magic there was no need to ask for help finding Priya but it did take Leon a second to get over the amazement of Zivva's spell and follow behind the leading lady. As Leon walk by her side Zivva mentions his anxious face and he replies with a nervous smile. "Am I that obvious?" Of course, he was and he knew it. He knew it but how could he not be anxious? "After hearing she's in the hospital my heart began to race with thoughts of what might have happened to her. In short, I have to see her and be sure she'll be fine. She would have done the same for me."

Would she have done the same for him? As credit to her nature and her beloved soul, Leon thought so. Doctor or not, Leon held to the thought that she would come check on him should this whole situation been the other way around. Without a loss in momentum the two arrive at Priya's hospital room and soon Leon knocks on the door. "Excuse me, is it alright if we entered?" Leon, a complete stranger to the rest of the staff of the hospital, asks for permission to enter the room before doing anything else; For one never dose know what might be happening at any give moment behind hospital doors.
