With both keyblades, Jaecen blocked the incoming attack. The excess winds damaged the buildings behind him, but they still stood firm. Both keyblades swirled around and reverberated and multiplied the attack. "Maelstrom Winds!" Jaecen added.

He dodged the air blades in a zig-zag motion while moving at towards his enemy at automatic high speed. Jumping into the midair, he flipped really fast and kicked downwards on top of him. The weight of the kick would feel like 100 tons landing on you.

Jaecen yelled out in pain as the attack connected and broke his left shoulder. Kneeling and wincing, he leaned on his right hand's keyblade. Why," Jaecen asked with a barely hear-able murmur. "Why am I the one being screwed over?"

Ashido was beating Jaecen to a bloody pulp. Laughing sadistically, Ashido enjoyed the suffering.
Renton was holding him off the best way he could, even winning at some points. He suffer from being plowed through buildings, and sent into the ground. Renton knelt on one knee, trying to pick himself up. Ashido was about to finish him off.
Time seemed to have paused as everyone halted. Naomi slapped Jaecen, tears streaming down her face."Don't blame yourself. You don't have to. I understand your heart has been hurting ever since my disappearance and the death of your parents. I.. can't let you become the way you are."She steps away, and wipes her tears."Listen to your heart. Are there anyone you want to protect? If so, then stand up like a man should."She frowned, trying to hold back her tears."You don't have to fight this battle alone. There are people who have put their efforts into helping you find me. Let them lend you strength."Naomi smiled, connecting her fingers."Power is enriched by the heart. Your heart is the key. It might not be as strong, and it may even give in. Though, it holds the greatest power of all."She touched his hand and then hugged him. The Crimson Vow changed form and released its hidden potential. It became balanced and easy to control as well as gaining greater power."The will to protect those that you hold dear..."She began to fade away in light fragments. She healed Jaecen."The Inner Vow...."

He stared in surprise at Naomi. "Na-Naomi..." He reached out to her. His face stung from where she had slapped him. "Naomi, don't worry. I'll save you soon." His keyblade changed. It seemed lighter, easier to swing, as if a weight had been lifted off his shoulders. A tear of joy walked down his cheek. "I-I wish you and my sister had a chance to meet." Jaecen tried to laugh. You two would have been friends." He hugged her, then she began to vanish. Jaecen held out his hand towards the light. "Soon," He whispered.
(OOC: blaughxp What Naomi did is exactly what she would have done. I'm laughing at this.)

((sorry I haven't been active too much, so much doctor stuff and heat problems and now gotta get my ac fixed again v_V; Ugh! I am trying to keep active as much as possible but with all this doctor junk, its hard! The new dr wants to put me in a EMU (epilepsy monitoring unit) and all im seeing is all my money go away for several months)
"that's....ENOUGH!" Kalena said as she walked up to Renton, she touched his shoulder healing him on instant, however still feeling the exhaustion.
"I can not stand bullies whom use the power of the light against my students or other species, light, dark, or twilight whom are peaceful! The power of the light isn't supposed to be used in such manner, except to protect what they hold dear. And if you keep going at what you are doing, Sir, I will have no other option than to fight you myself!"
It wasn't often that she'd step in to someone else's fight, but this, this was inhumane. Ashido, the man she had no name for, was hurting rather severly her student Renton, and someone she had just met, someone that she didn't know his potential of being strong. She could sense the powers in this area, light, dark, twilight, life and death, everything.
She took out her mortal keyblade, dream catcher
X looked at Alex "I think she lost her control. Ive never seen her walk into someone else's battle before....then again, I don't think ive ever seen her fight before."
Closing his eyes, he walked over to where Kalena had stepped in. "To be honest, this isn't anyone's fight but mine. My parents died because of him." Jaecen spat. He felt Renton's hand on his shoulder. Kalena shot an angered glance at Jaecen. He backed up. "Eh, that's freaky scare tactics." He took a deep breath and cooled off.

Alex sighed and ran forward to Kalena, standing next to her while summoning his two keyblades and looking towards Jaecen and Ashido, spinning his keyblades in boredom as he awaited the fight to begin. "If you're gunna jump into a fight, Mom, I'm at least helping you with him." He said while looking at X, smiling. "We'll be fine. Just stay put and hide if somebody tries to come and catch you."
"Ah, I remember now, you guys are the Key Swingers. Things really add up now." He grinned, leaning against a wall. He flipped back his hair. "The little hot shot was in my way. He deserved it. If those little ones over there did the same, they'll get the fair share." Ashido threw his hands behind his head. "Sooo. If I did this..." He put up one finger and destroyed a nearby structure with a ball of light. "See what I mean, Light is dangerous. That really beats the meaning of protecting."
Jaecen gritted his teeth and stepped forward. Renton held him in place with one hand. "Let it go." Jaecen heard in his ear. "Right," Jaecen sighed and stepped back.
Kalena couldn't believe what she just saw, light acting like darkness, destroying things.
Her eyes became cold, she meant business now
"ive never seen light destroy things before. I guess it all depends on whom is wielding it. This is what I must have seemed to the twilight back then....damn....was I this much a monster?!" she though to herself.
"fine then, I suppose it is the wielder that wields the power that is the reason it seems bad, not just the magic itself. Fine, but im not into letting anyone else being hurt by you, especially my son!" she said, she rushed off, she ran fast at him, however not as fast as she could go.
"lets see then, light wielder vs light decimator. That's a good title for you!"

"A battle to decide what Light really means? Sounds good to me!" He twirled his sycthe behind him and ran in the direction of Kalena. "Lets see what you can do lady!!" His lust for battle cried out a loud whine. The dust grinded below his feet as he swung his scythe diagonally in a short ranged, but fast execution. It came in a attempt to cut her with little to no sympathy. The next slash would come in a downward strike which would create a shockwave in its wake.

Kalena ran right into the attack, however moving her body so it would just miss by a centimeter. She then stepped down on his scythe with great force. A shockwave came from her foot in a strong attempt to break the scythe in half as she stepped on it. She used a strong light pulse from her off-hand at close proximity to hit Ashido's chest.
He was struck by the hand, but didn't flinch at all. Also, he wasn't knocked back by her strength yet he was still inflicted with pain. "..." Although being injured in the chest, he smirked. "Nice shot, lady. But.." Ashido had his hands clasped on her wrist. "White Applause." He chanted, smiling. A defense technique that triggers an unseen force that matches the force of the opposition, knocking them away. That and with his added power, it increases the force ten fold.
