Vaati saw her shake her head. "I think she twisted her ankle." He said, pawing at her ankle. He completely forgot about being a cat who shouldn't be talking. "I think we should take her to the inn."
"AWWW! A talking kitty! Hey, that tickles." She giggled as Vaati continued to paw at her ankle.

Opal - Wind's Child____________________"Alright, come with us." She said taking her hand and pulling her onto her back with ease. The girl was pretty light as she carried her back to the inn. "I'm Opal by the way, and the cat is Vaati. He's very nice, don't worry about him talking though, its an ability he has." She explained carrying her back to the inn with ease.

"I think he's really cute, actually." She answered with a giggle. "My name is Alyssa. Thanks for helping me, Opal." She said politely. "Oh! I left my backpack back there!" Alyssa exclaimed.
"I'll go get it." Vaati muttered, trotting back to the rocks.

"I'm not sure." Alyssa said with a frown. "I was running and I tripped. Oh, I wish Vaati would come back soon. My favourite teddy bear's in that backpack!" She looked around nervously and spotted Vaati carrying her backpack in his mouth. He was struggling to keep it off the ground.

Opal - Wind's Child____________________Opal saw her frown and her ears drooped. She looked over and saw Vaati and walked over to him. But why was she running the first place? This isn't the safest place to play. She thought to herself.

Vaati dropped the backpack at Opal's feet. He looked up to Alyssa. "You know, the point of a packpack is to keep it on your back. that's why it's called a backpack." He muttered sarcastically.

Opal - Wind's Child____________________"Well you know, it could have fallen off when she tripped Vaati." Opal stated and bent down so Alyssa could pick it up. "C'mon, I'm sure someone can help you with your ankle." She said turning and walked back. Yes, alot of people in their group knew about injuries. She knew that Mr.Helios could help. But he was already back in his own Kingdom. She also thought about Arious or Silver. She went over these idea's in her head as she approached the Inn.

"I don't know how it could happen if I was on her back. The straps would get caught on her arms." Vaati muttered, rolling his ruby coloured eyes.
"I thought you said he was nice." Alyssa muttered to Opal.

Well, as long as he wasn't like her father, then she could deal with him. "Thanks Opal. I'm going to draw a picture for you." Alyssa answered, going through her backup. She found her pencil and her paper and began to draw.

"I love drawing. It keeps my mind off real life." Alyssa said with a small smile. She felt the cat circle around her and peak over her shoulder.
"Huh... that actually looks a lot like her." Vaati muttered, obviously impressed.

"Well, it's not that I don't like, I just can't deal with it. My parents fought a lot, sometimes about me, sometimes not. I didn't like all the fighting so I ran away." Alyssa admitted. She stopped and turned the paper around/ "Do you like it?"
