So Columbia is an Upcoming Boss Character in the Ice Crystal Arc but before the Endgame being the Oblivion Arcs (Chapters 8-9) of Genshin where it sounds like a Point of No Return, where you can't go back to Tevyat until the Crystal & Oblivion Arcs of the Main Story are completed
As for Sunburn & Whirlwind, I may work on their Human forms using Flashpoint as I'll need to think about their hair and eye colors later when the time comes as it may take some work.

Nice. When I played some Pup's Birthday Surprise, I used Snip and Sketch to take a Screenshot of some Dog Shaped Collars that work as Dragon Collars for Whirlwind, Sunburn, Ember and Flame.
