Punk at the last moment tried to hold his weight down using the ropes as well for his advantage. He then tried to strike Joe over and over until he would let go!

As Joe fell off, Punk adjusted himself on the top rope. He then put both his feet on it, and then stood up fully looking down at Joe. He raised up his arms, as Punk tried to launch himself off with a huge elbow drop!
