 Raen shifted in the water, his eyes half closed as he felt the women snuggling against him. "Better safe than sorry; I'd rather not see you hurt if possible," he murmured quietly, not caring if she heard or not. His eyes snapped open as he felt Setsuna do something that was markedly less innocent than he expected, though in that moment he didn't react as he would have instinctively. Twenty minutes or so later, he was heading back towards the apartment himself; he knew both Mei and Setsuna weren't satisfied in certain ways, but he wasn't at that moment interested in carnal activities.

Mairi's trip back to the apartment had been relatively uneventful.Once there, she grabbed a glass of water and headed for her room, leaving Ginhana to curl up in the doll cradle.Changing into the over sized tshirt and shorts she'd bought she crawled into bed, knowing it was still early enough to raise questions but not caring due to her pounding head.She sighed slightly and relaxed some, starting to doze off as the figure appeared in the mirror again, just as she fell asleep.The figure now more defined, was clearly a woman, more easily noted when it raised a hand and pressed it against the glass lightly, almost like it was trying to connect somehow.

Raen tilted his head as he took the stairs, his swirling navy-indigo irises gaining a tinge of crimson and orange for a second before he relaxed as he opened the door and strode towards the apartment before opening the door quietly. He changed into black sweat pants and slid into his bed down the hall from Mairi's room.

The figure turned slightly in the mirror, looking towards the door as Raen passed before turning it's attention back to Mairi.Touching the glass one last time, a purple fire erupted from the surface and flowed across the room.It hovered over the bed a moment before sinking into Mairi's skin, disappearing the same instant she muttered in her sleep and the figure disappeared back to where it came from.Giving up on the cradle, Ginhana made her way down the hall, just in time to see the purple light from the flame blink out "What on Earth...?"

Raen exhaled as he lay on the bed, or more precisely collapsed on it. "I feel like someone hit me all over with fastballs," he muttered. He felt himself tense as he felt something jump onto the bed, two paws on his rear end and two on the mattress.

Mairi was fast asleep, curled into a tiny ball on one side of the mattress.Ginhana moved slightly and dug at his side "Something strange is happening in Mairi's room.There was a flash of purple when I came down the hall.The being that resided in Mairi's dream scape was slightly startled to find her sleeping in the center of the pool, floating a few inches above the water.She/he inched closer and frowned slightly, whatever that light had been, allowed Mairi to access this place now.

Raen stirred at Ginhana's low voice, sighing softly. "I sensed it; most likely it means nothing, though I don't know much about magic or what forms it takes," he sighed quietly.

Ginhana let out a little growl and jumped off the bed to go to Mairi's room, relaxing slightly when she saw nothing seemed to be amiss.The figure gently touched Mairi's shoulder and pushed her down into the pool and watched as she took a startled breath as she entered her body again.

Raen inhaled at Ginhana's little growl before he passed out unconscious, allowing his body to rest. When his eyes opened again, the sun was clear of the horizon. Man, that was a long day, he thought as he stretched.

Mairi slept a while longer than Raen, though when she did wake she was surprised to find dried blood on her pillow case.She laid there for a moment, dazed.She felt like she'd just gotten off a roller coaster that didn't seem to want to stop.Reaching out, she found the blindfold and put it on before brushing her hair.It being shorter meant it was easier to manage and didn't look like a rats nest after she slept.

Raen sighed as he rose from the bed, mildly confused as to why the sheet was half shredded. He glanced down at his hands, not seeing anything caught under his nails. He shrugged as he brushed his own hair before heading into the main part of the apartment. He shifted his weight as he warmed up the stove before cracking a few eggs and adding some cheese to them.

Mairi frowned slightly, rubbing her arms as she headed down the hall, her bare feet making no sound what so ever.She itched all over, and idly wondered if this was the way reptiles felt when they were shedding.Making it to the kitchen, she paused slightly, 'seeing' the staff still on the table.

Raen barely tilted his head as he sensed Mairi. "Mornin', Mai-chan; usually I'm not a morning person, though it's obvious neither are you," he said with a chuckle. He folded over the omelet, glancing out of the window thoughtfully.

Mairi frowned slightly and leaned against the counter, using the hem of her shirt to wipe away the blood from her nose.Luckily, black doesn't stain "What's that supposed to mean?" She heard Ginhana's paws pattering on the hallway floor as she made her way out of one of the bedrooms.

Raen chuckled. "I mean that neither of us are as peppy as a certain mutual friend," he said with amusement. He knew she'd realize he was referring to Sakura. He fluidly flicked his wrist, depositing the omelet onto the prepared plate.
