I would like feedback on it again please.
And I can't change the right shoulder because of the cape.
Whilst I like the bloomers I still prefer the original legs, they worked better with the overall style - so maybe combine the two.
And I wasn't sure if there was anything you could do about the shoulder so I think leave the rest of it. It was pretty awesome to start with C:

Scrooge? I like that as an idea, I just wish there was some way to make him look more interesting without taking him out of character. Maybe give him a monocle, gloves (that are grey or brown rather then black) and change the boots so they too are brown/grey. Nothing too extreme but enough to make him interesting

kandymom13  I added a belt that had black and red ( I actually remember wanting to put a belt but I forgot) and some falling snow. (More feed back If possible)
The belt actually has blue on it rather than black sweatdrop If you could find one that was actually black and red I think that would be good.
Other than that I'm wondering if you could give her some red shoes?
It is feeling more wintery now though c:

As far as the overall look of this goes - wow. The greens change throughout the avi but as its a gradient from head to foot it still looks good as one whole thing.
I will say I don't feel the Christmas spirit as much as in some. I don't want to tell you to change stuff because obviously I like it as it stands but maybe have a handheld object of reg/green/gold that's a present or something else that's very Christmassy, maybe use the flute/drum from Noel's gift

I like it, I think it's much better flowing and more Christmassy c:
I think it could do with something red/pink around the hands but other than that it's very nearly a finished piece!

VampyMeAly Here I tried re-doing the avi a bit but I wanted to keep the boots and legwarmers wouldn't work with them. I also didn't want the avi to look to cluttered. I was able to fit in a hairpiece though, it's black but I could change it to red if ya want. Feedback please sweatdrop
I think it looks good, and I think the hairpiece is better off black than red.
There's nothing I'd say doesn't fit there, so if you don't want to add more for fear of over-cluttering then I don't really think you need to make any more changes

I think it's looking better. I've changed my mind about putting gold on the head though - now that I see it I think just the hat would be fine, because the hair and belt and locket are all that slightly off-gold so they balance each other out. Other than taking the flourish off I can't think of any other changes to make

Angel2222 Is this any better...? (I decided to change the skirt to look more traditional)
The problem here is your using too many different reds now, which when you add pink just looks a bit messy. I think replace the capelet with a darker red top/coat/scarf. Also as you've got rid of the green elsewhere on the girl maybe you should change the hair to red as well, I don't think there's a need to match it with the tree.
I also think you should keep the shirt, it looked good with a bit of white in the middle
