 Gage shook his head and buried his face against her neck, his voice muffled as he talked "Nope, not possible... I thought my heart was going to break, every single day, when I'd wake up, and you weren't laying against me..." he sighed and pulled her as close as he possibly could, inhaling the scent of her skin

Stella giggled, feeling herself be pulled as close as possible to him. "I didn't have my heart. You did." She wrapped her arms around him, holding him close afraid to ever let go. Trying hard to forget about the last eighteen months and just think of the present and future. Present being this moment.. Right now. Future... From their wedding on. She smiled at the thought and inhaled slowly, amazed at how much she had just missed his scent.

Gage pulled Stella up over him and wrapped his arms around her. "Hmm, maybe you should remind me just how much we've missed eachother....?" his voice was suddenly husky as he chuckled, looking up at her.

Stella smirked, she would be happy to oblige to that. Slipping out of her clothes eagerly, with a smile on her lips. The rest of the night was a bit of a blur but it was well worth after all the time spent apart.
Stella curled up next to Gage and yawned a little bit before nuzzling her neck. "Good enough reminder?" She giggled and kissed his jaw softly. Closing her eyes, surprised at how tired she was all of a sudden. She felt like the first time in a year and a half she was going to be able to sleep free of nightmares..

Gage sighed softly and burrowed further down under the blankets... He couldn't yet form words, so just sufficed with a nod and a happy sigh as he curled one arm around her. His eyes were already starting to drift shut and everything....
The next morning dawned too early, and Gage, used to a different schedule, woke up at a bright and peachy three am... He slipped silently from the bed and did his morning routine workout before he hopped into the shower, pulling on gym shorts and a tank top he padded out to the kitchen and start making breakfast around 9 when he figured Stella'd be getting up...

Stella groaned in protest as Gage got out of bed and she moved closer to where he had been laying, inhaling slowly and drifting back into sleep. It wasn't until about 9:30 that she woke up and slowly opened her eyes. Her lower lip jutted out with a pout and she crawled out of bed, tugging on a pair of shorts and a tank top before walking out into the kitchen. Stella walked up behind Gage and kissed his shoulders gently, laying her head on his back. "You don't have to get up so early babe.."

Gage turned in her embrace and smiled down at her, laying a soft kiss against her lips "Stell, I was up at about 3 this morning... And I'll probably be up that early for the next few months... I'm used to a different schedule... Now, I hope that chocolate chip waffles, sausage and eggs is an alright breakfast?"

"Yes.. If your trying to fatten me up. It sounds great." She laughed and nuzzled his neck before sitting on the counter. She swung her legs back and forth slowly. "Can I help?" She smiled and chewed her lip softly. A larger smile pulled across her lips as she thought of them in a 5 years or so.. The two of them married with a little kid.. Running around their feet as they cooked breakfast.. Together.

Gage chuckled and kissed her cheek. "Hmm, no fattening up just yet... After all Stella, we aren't even married." he dropped down and kissed her stomach through the tank top. "So this can stay all pretty and flat for a year or maybe two before you put any weight on."

Stella widened her eyes a bit and blushed. Glad to know that she wasn't the only one that was thinking about kids sometime in their future. She pulled Gage back up, kissing him softly with a smile, placing her hands over her stomach. "Are you implying that Im gonna be fat if we have kids?" She chuckled as she spoke, amazed at how much she was blushing.

Gage chuckled and laughed at her "Yeah probably... Well, not fat... But you'll get bigger than you are now... Which is the basic theory of "fattening up" is it not?" he gave innocent eyes as he met hers, trying to make up for telling her she'd be fat....

Stella rolled her eyes and hopped up off the counter, finishing up the eggs, sausage and pancakes before placing them on plates. She handed Gage his and a fork, walking to the dining room table and sitting down indian style on the chair. She ate slowly, staring at the food for a minute. "If I didn't love you I might hurt you." She chuckled and stuck her tongue out at him.

Gage laughed as he took his seat and began eating. "Oh for heavens sake missy... You won't get fat, I promise. You'll be elegant, and glowy, and probably one of those damned girls that get that freaking huge stomach, but you can't even tell their pregnant unless you see them from the side...."

Stella rolled her eyes and took a bite out of her eyes. She a bit shocked that the two of them were already talking about what she would look like when she was pregnant. A blush crept onto her lips and she shoved more food in her mouth so she didn't have to say anymore. It almost scared her to talk about it, seeing as the two of them haven't even started talking about their wedding.. "I tried on dresses..." That is until now.
