"It was a FORK!" He corrected, his anger boiling. Even the wind started to react as dark clouds rolled in. Vaati got out of bed ad weakly walked to the window, opening with the wind before he even got there.

Opal - Wind's Child____________________Opal stopped laughing as she looked at the clouds. She knew if she had her powers back... she would have been able to control the wind and part the clouds before they arrived. She placed her head on her knees, they were hugged to her chest. She sighed, sitting there.

Vaati stared out the window, slowing allowing himself to calm down. "Where's your magic?" Vaati hissed accidentally. He was still ticked off. He hated it when he was laughed at, enough from Opal. That's what everyone used to do... until Vaati killed them.

Opal - Wind's Child____________________".... I gave it to you... so you could... stay human..." She muttered, looking at the ground. "I'm sorry... I didn't mean to laugh at you... I just couldn't help myself..." she said hanging her head. "I'll go away... who wants me around... if I'm just going to laugh at people..." She muttered. She stood up and walked off.

The Soras proceeded to the graveyard. There was bound to be something there that would fully trigger their memories.
Kaya walked through Castle Town. Word appeared to have spread quickly about her performance. Many people came up to her and asked for an autograph, a pictograph, or both. It seemed she was a big hit. She'd made a good tip from the bar and the rupees could easily pay for three more nights at the inn. If her publicity continued to grow, she probably wouldn't need to worry about money any longer. The people seemed to love her. Things seemed to finally be looking up.
Both Soras looked at the graves. Things seemed to be warped from the recent battle, but nonetheless the tombs were in tact, for the most part. Suddenly, they both remembered why the graveyard was important. They had prayed to the goddesses there, begging them to forgive monsters and allow them a second chance. Sora was a Skull Kid at that time... There was a mob in Castle Town that attacked him because he looked like a monster... It wasn't a pleasant memory.
Kaya didn't know why, but at that moment, she didn't feel as happy as she did a moment ago. She felt sad and empty. She remembered her time as a monster, reliving the experience of the attacking mob. The thought was far from pleasant.

The wind shut the door before she could walk out. "I hate it when you have that kind of stupid attitude. Feeling worthless doesn't make anything better." Vaati murmured quietly. "Maybe you should take your magic back, just to keep the wind in check, I'm alive and well..." He glanced at the storm he nearly caused. It was still chilly, but it wasn't raining. Alright, maybe he lost control of his temper. "I'm alive and somewhat well and you need it in case I loose my temper again."

(Oh Yeah! I totally forgot! Seeing as the Bracelet, Vaati not only has full control over wind, but the weather reacts to his emotions. O. o.)Opal - Wind's Child____________________Opal suddenly ran over and hugged him. She tried to be gentle as she hugged him. "I'm just... glad you're back..." She muttered. She took his wrist and took her powers back. The clouds suddenly parted, the sunlight fell onto the village. But there was a few clouds still there, the rain drizzled down softly. Opal... was crying. But they weren't tears of pain... they were ones of joy.

((According to Geography, weather is caused by energy, moisture and air. Wind is just moving air. It makes PERFECT sense for the weather to react to his emotions.))
Vaati didn't struggle against her hug. He decided it would better not to make a fuss over it. "I'm not even sure how I'm back... I know the first time they tried to cast the spell... it didn't work." He said with a shrug.

Vaati seemed reluctant. "Fine, just take Ezlo with you." He murmured as he removed his cape. He threw it to the edge of the chair and sat down on the bed.
"Let us know if you need... assistance." Ezlo hesitated, though he wasn't sure if Vaati wanted to hear the word help. It wasn't something he want to risk, since Vaati's temper was already so fragile now.

She headed down the hall and down the stairs again. "Do you think... Vaati likes... being alive again Ezlo?" She asked, calmly.

Kaya shook the memory from her mind.
That life is far behind me now... It's time to forget those memories... She thought to herself. She continued walking through Castle Town. She seemed to regain her happy mood within a short while.
Both Soras replayed the scene over and over again in their minds. They couldn't be happier now that their memory was restored in full.
"It's hard to imagine," Adult Sora began, "That it all happened not even a year ago and we still forgot..."
"It's kind of amazing that something like that is possible..." Young Sora placed Sora on his shoulder and headed back to the inn. Despite the fact they were now fragments of the same person, they felt their lives were now whole.

"I think he just needs a little time to readjust and gain strength. Maybe he'll appreciate it more then." Ezlo murmured. He hadn't seen Vaati so sour in a while. "Maybe we should let the Sora's know... I think they're both friends with Vaati."
