That's something I've been planning to do~ 3nodding
I've been trying to change the inheritance mechanic so that personal unions wherein, the senior member's culture is different from the junior's culture, once the senior monarch dies, he/she can inherit the junior's cores. Apparently, I haven't been successful in finding that part of the code.

I bet it would just require editing all the province files to make them HRE provinces.
I think they've changed that in EUIV so now you do get cores. I could be wrong though.

If Mutapa is a HRE member, it would be weird. xd
I failed in the union modding, but I was able to mod the HRE reform decisions so that the emperor would get 50 Imperial Authority for passing a reform.

I guess it's impossible to get all provinces in the HRE in-game because you can't add provinces on islands or overseas. confused
Wouldn't that just make it so you keep passing reforms? razz

That's the Byzantine decision that renames provinces, right? It would make sense for the Roman Empire to be able to do the same. 3nodding

I modded that decision yesterday. biggrin
I wanna mod the "re-establish the Kingdom of Jerusalem" decision so that the Roman Empire won't have to do it. After all, the Roman Empire in this case already has ownership of Jerusalem.
