I have to say 5/10, because it's halfway to a fun avatar with a story. The entire bottom half makes me think of a magical witch story, as well as the owl and the sparkles. The hat and the plushies clash in terms of color, but they also feel out of place on an avatar that looks like a witch flying in the sky. That poor witch would probably drop them and get distracted from flying on her broom and not falling.

There's something about it that looks somewhat weird. Maybe it's supposed to look like that, I dunno; but it does look pretty good.
