I thought it was pretty good to be honest.

Second-In-Command-Of-Hell Speaking of Holy Grail...I saw the Da Vinci Code last night.
I thought it was pretty good to be honest. you know what..so do I. Everyone says it's absolute rubbish and everything but...I think people were expecting too much of it. They expected it to be a fast paced, action drama thing...when it's not like that! I think it stuck very well to the book..everything happened in the right order and it was true to the book..some books just don't make good films and maybe that was one of them. I think people got bored by the talking and historical bits but...they were just the same as in the book.. I wouldn't say it was brilliant but I'd say it was alright. I have seen movies which are much worse. What I would criticise it on though, was the script..whoever wrote it, was rubbish...it made the actors seem so..bland..and also..it lacked the fast pace of the book..it lacked the drama and atmosphere and the wondering what's going to happen next..when you read the book you turn from page to page in anticipation..and there wasn't that in the film. however, it wasn't THAT bad. it was worth watching.
