I don't know who that character is, but I want to hit them...
@Lin — The only way that I can see it as not being tipsy is for it, as it appears in that picture, to be full open. Otherwise it would have to be heavily weighted to support just the desktop itself, let alone a full desk set. I could be wrong, though.
