No. My TNtbH is 29. I won initiative over you and you have the missing eye disadvantage. Almost pegged me though!

You HAD to roll a 10 on your Full Attack, didn't ya?
I can attack you with a Full Attack in my round, right? Thus, it'd grant me 5 raises?

OK, Right now Kojiro's TNtbH is 25 due to Seichiro's wound. You could full attack, yes...and you would get 5 raises. You can spend raises to offset penalties or for more damage. 1 raise=-5 TNtbH.
Every odd raise gives one die to damage, every even raise lets you keep an additional die of damage. EG spending two raises on damage gets you 1k1. Just remember, that if I'm in a position to do so, You'll be at 10 TNtbH after a full attack.
